@@beth8775 Regardless, I wouldn't imagine pushing a baby head in and out is all that comfortable xD lol Also, penetrative sex is painful for some women. Not that the vagina can't open to accommodate these widths, but it might not be comfortable for everyone. My bigger cups hurt me a lot, and so does penetrative sex even when I'm really wet. I can't even sit right when a cup is too big because it feels pinchy. I also feel hypersensitive during my period though especially. The only time I'm not intimidated by a cups circumference is when it's super squishy, but the top portion still pinches.

@BroncRider23415 жыл бұрын
I just bought this as my first menstrual cup and for the heavy flow one. Even as someone who has no idea what they’re doing, I haven’t had any problems with it. Even with the heavy flow one I did have to empty it 3-5 times per day and twice per night on my first two days, but I feel like if I had a smaller one it would have been a lot more. Even though I did have to empty it frequently, it was nice to be able to put it in and forget about it for a while. I’ve always had very heavy periods and this actually made me feel like I could live normally! Definitely will be trying other ones because I’m sold on this! To imagine I was so against them for so long makes me wish I could go back and tell my past self to just do it already. Never going back to other products.

Damn $60, I was hoping the starter kit would be like $30 just because it's such a large company & have been in drugstores for ages, not an indie brand like other cups ,little disappointed by that, but I guess it's an investment that will last practically forever.

These are way to expensive. If the cost comes down when it's time to replace my Diva Cup, I'll consider switching to Tampax. If not I'll either stick to Diva Cup or look into some of the cheaper options because I can't justify spending that much on a menstrual cup when there are cheaper options out there.
@sarahtreadway42856 жыл бұрын
Lindsey Boggs considering this pack comes with 2 cups, wipes, travel container, etc it's actually a good deal. But that is why there is an array of cups and companies to choose from. If $60 for two cups is too expensive, then I suggest finding a cheaper brand.
@lindseyboggs27206 жыл бұрын
@@sarahtreadway4285 None of those things justify the price. Especially when even if you buy just one of their cups it's still more expensive than other brands out there. So like I said, I'll be sticking with my Diva Cup.
@luna.376 жыл бұрын
The cups alone are priced at $40ea, USD, I'm sure. Such a huge company could absolutely make the price point better - but they're not going to see the monthly repeat purchases for these, so they'll upsell the disposable parts: the travel wipes, and perhaps a wash (if they don't have yet, they surely will if these sell well). But I agree, there are small, indie companies doing great things including outreach to developing nations/people in need, and still manage to keep prices down, often while using minimal packaging that's recycled and recyclable, with vegetable inks, and other aspects to reduce "footprint".
@floraortiz315 жыл бұрын
When I bought my Diva cup, it was $39.99, and that was just for one. So I don't get why you think it is so expensive when it is two of them. That is $30 per cup, which is less expensive than my Diva cup.
@charlizefanforever83404 жыл бұрын

The ring style is so easy to remove because you can use one finger! I legit panicked once when using a cup that had the stick handle and I couldn't reach to grab it to pull out. I'm late catching up with vids, but just had to share this. I actually saw this cup in the store here awhile back, and got so excited to see a name brand cup I raved about seeing it to my husband for the remainder of the time in the store. Out loud. My husband was both happy to see it as well as a bit dismayed as I was likely embarrassing him some.

Another great period video. Yaaaay! I think it's a bit expensive though, especially from such a huge brand. In my mind big brands should equal affordability .

i’m a trans male and having to change out tampons every few hours has been a nightmare for my dysphoria. im excited to try this where hopefully i can wait a little longer than 6 hours to change. it also made me very happy when you said this was not only for women. :) thank you

You have really inspired me to being open about reusable products. The other women around me thinks it's gross. Maybe I'll get to convince them.

Plus, reusables are handy when stores don't carry enough products. The tampon shortage last year was hard on people. Been a cup wearer for many years, but felt bad for others during the tampon shortage.

I'm trying the skoon cup for the first time thanks to your reviews. I have been trying to minimize my carbon footprint and limiting my mensteral product use is a great way to minimize that footprint. Plus it is better for my body. I got it in on my 2nd try and it was comfortable when I had it in there. Thanks for your awesome reviews.

Thanks for introducing me to this. I tried and loved it. Never going back to the flex, pads, or tampons.

The flex cup is supposed to help with nail because it has a loop to grap. Little late but its supposed to be a great cup.

I love your period videos! I'm curious as to where the Tampa menstrual cups now falls into your ratings. Which cups are now/still your favorite?
