You should do two ratings. You should rate the steaks without anything else like price or sides impacting the score. Then a total score of the whole meal where you judge on sides and price as well as the steak.

I work as a Chef for Mitchel and Butlers, I'd recommend you try the fillet, tomahawk, or the bone marrow. A popular option is called a Butchers board. All our steaks are 30-50 day aged and from prime cuts.
