I tried TKO Transfers on my Bella Canvas 3001 Unisex Jersey

Today I got a box of TKO transfers with my logo on them. Lets see how these .15 transfers look on our Bella Canvas Style 3001 unisex Jersey Tee and this is what happened.

I just got my supacolor samples, I haven't pressed them yet, but I was gonna hit up tko as well to compare. Actually, I might wait to press them at the same time and do a couple washes together for a real side by side

@@tajuanahuston2225 I've tried both. The Gildan softstyle is comparable to the Bella Canvas. I couldn't tell much of a difference when I was using them other than BC is more expensive than Gildan Softstyle. Hope this helps.

i tried these transfers and they just felt a little heavy for my bella canvas 3001 shirts the design is much bigger and solid thou

Sometimes it could be the design. Solid color design might call for dtg or a different method. The transfers I just did in a recent video are super soft and they are full color Tko. Idk

My Bella canvas shirts (and especially the hoodies) keep getting glossy heat press marks above 300 degrees. How did you prevent that from happening? I pressed that exact shirt and wound up with a huge shiny square 😭

Maybe you had to much pressure. What great press are you using? Are you getting an accurate temperature read out?

You can try using a baking sheet on top of the transfer to take away that glossy look

@@adubbproductions it is a screen print transfer. That Katrina chick on KZbin has a factory tour at tko and they show how they make them it's pretty sweet. Wish I could find the video. Katrinas graceful creations. she's a pretty cool chick

Ive been using TKO for about a year. I mainly use a 1 color print and use their "Active Sport". I've used 2..3 and full color prints too. all have been impressive. and comparing to vinyl. these are WAYYYYY BETTER. I personally hate Vinyl on clothing because of the thick, "tape on shirt" feel that comes with it.

@@chrisb6165 I have a Independant Trading Co. Hoodie that I've worn almost every day in the winter and has been washed maybe 5-6 times and there is no peeling and minimal cracking. I have a couple Gildan softstyle shirts over a year old that still look new. And get compliments on how it's friends favorite shirt to wear.

When you use better shirt you have to charge a better price. It should not effect your bottom line. You should actually make more. I bet alot of those people in that low budget community have a Jordan’s and Gucci. They will find the money to buy what they wanna buy. I come from one of those same communities. If they want it they will get it.
