Well, I was surfing youtube to get help with this bike.This bike worked me out before I got on it 🤣. The assembly was ok but for myself ( 64 years old).Those screws were too tight, even with the tools.You really helped me. Of course, it's a year later, and changes have been made. I didn't the bar bells nor that large screen. I would have loved that large screen, though, but mine is fine.I got it together, thank God, but I'm pooped so I'm not doing the connect stuff on this day.Thanks again now I got to go rest.🫡

Bro, much respect to you, but you have to do the maintenance on the machines and keep them clean. I come from a family of professional tailors and the machines you use are only as good as the upkeep they get daily. You know by now that lint is all over the place and has to be handled. Also, a business fails, not because of the machines but because of the owner. You are a natural to this whereas others are not so equipped. Cheers to you and good luck. 🤜🤛

How about targeting corporate clients and offering zoom or google meets. Corporate clients dont want to come to your location. They love doing business via zoom meetings. By doing that you are meeting them where they are! I would run a targeted google ad aiming at corporate clients. Higher end embroidery garments. Make it exclusive! You would do great in that space.
@adubbproductions6 күн бұрын
That is a great idea. I would definitely need to higher someone to run the ad and target those businesses. That us a great suggestion. Im gonna try it. First step is me finding someone well versed in running targeted google ads. I know for sure thats not plug and play. I think.

@@adubbproductions One more question...what size hoop do I choose with the Ricoma EM-1010 when using the 9x3 mighty hoop
@adubbproductions6 күн бұрын
@TheCraftyBrick on the em-1010 program that size hoop manually and save it. Its in the settings. The option looks like a crooked square if i can remember right. Im at the airport wont be in front of my em till next week. You can change the sizes and measurements of all the hoops if you need to. Google inches to mm and it will give you the number to type in. I think the measurements on the machine is in mm. On the mighty hoop its in inches.

1. Expand Market Reach - By distributing to stores in high-demand areas like NYC, NJ, and Philly, you'd tap into larger markets with a high appreciation for branded and themed merchandise, like sports team apparel. - Philly sports fans and the strong cultural identity in Brooklyn and Jersey create steady demand for unique, local products. 2. Maximize Equipment Use - If you already have advanced equipment, leveraging it for bulk production and distribution could generate higher revenue. - Bulk orders often yield better profit margins compared to individual retail sales. 3. Brand Visibility - Keeping your shop ensures a local customer base and creates a hub for branding while wholesale distribution allows your brand to reach new customers indirectly. 4. Flexibility - Running both retail and wholesale operations gives you flexibility in how you market your products and adjust to seasonal or market trends. Suggested Steps: - Target Partnerships: Build relationships with stores that align with your branding. Small boutiques and large retailers alike may value a unique or niche product line. - Focus on Bulk Themes: Since Philly and NJ are known for their sports culture, designing T-shirts and hoodies with themes like "Philly Eagles" and local pride could resonate. - Streamline Operations: Balance production for your shop with distribution orders by setting up an efficient workflow. - Market Test: Start small, distributing to select stores and monitoring their sales performance before scaling up. This way, you're not abandoning your original shop, but you're diversifying your revenue streams significantly. What do you think?

The truth about qr codes though is it will still never totally replace a standard business cards with plain english that anyone that can read can understand in an instant. You need a device to read a qr code so even from a marketing perspective plain text is better because you get the message across instantly. There is however a right time for qr codes but it’s not an either or thing. Use qr codes when needed but the human brain cant read the information from a qr code. It wont replace business cards any time soon.

I love the way your cards came out, Suggestion, why don't you put a satin border around it.
@adubbproductions9 күн бұрын
I had a satin border around one of my prototypes but to me keeping the edge raw makes it more like an actual card. The satin border makes it thicker and its odd when you pit it in a pile with other business cards. Mine it falla right in place and can easily fit into your wallet like a traditional business card. The g ear part is that you can put a satin border on yours. You don’t have to do what I did. Do it your way in a way the suits you and make it your own so it accomplishes what you want it to do.
