Oh , is this the Happy Meal promotion that we apparently never got in September ? Did it just launch ? Also , how did you get to buy just packs, did you ask the manager or something ? Fellow canadian here asking :)

Not sure in Canada but in Australia you needed to buy a happy meal in order to purchase extra packs. The meal was about $6AUD and each pack was $2.

In Croatia is also a pokemon promotion cards in Mc Donalds right now, but we can buy unlimited number of packs, and they cost 1,50 € each, without Happy Meal
