Awesome that you managed doing all the skills, but to get it smooth that takes time! What i notice when i trained alot on muscular strength and alot of stretching and training endurance my body itself becomes very smooth in the movement and i performed tricks which i only could do years ago and it came back by only doing these 3 things!

To do the Zlatan one you need to bring your knees forwards rather than go down. Bringing your knees forwards will make you bend. Bending will mean your upper body goes backwards bringing your CoG (centre of gravity) backwards, so you need to offset it with the forward knees. Also think less about bending and more about just letting your bodyweight fall and your legs are suspension. I'm a professional dancer and this is a pretty common problem when teaching people to do moves like this, as most people focus on where things like the ball go, rather than the lower body actions that cause the changes.

The problem isn't Zlatan being flexible, it's that LDN is trying to go down which takes him off balance. As you go down your upper body moves further away from your base, so to counteract this you need to take your knees forwards. It's less about flexibility and more about understanding balance.
