It’s worth 15 all day long but the car market is levelling out price wise which means everything has dropped to pre Covid prices. People are hanging on for dear life and don’t wanna accept the loses ! Selling any car now is hard work let alone a Range Rover. Especially with the theft, insurance and the cost of living. Plus most people who spend 5k upwards want finance and a warranty. So selling maybe a myth unless it’s an absolute bargain.

I remember when E36 m3 were £9k I neay bought one It was a few years back

Go back even further and they were £5k... this happens with all the M3's, right back to the e30. A lot of them get ragged into the ground, the rest stay mint and only go up in value. Happens every time.
