This would be a great challenge from 1-60. With 20 xp bars a level thats 1200 XP bars X 10 pushups = 12,000 pushups. You would lvl to 60 and have one man punch strength.

@Thesocietyofmister I've already started. Yesterday I got to lvl 2 with 4 bars in on my Tauren warrior. I count 10 pushups as a bar. 1 mile = 2 bars. 5 pull-ups = 1 bar. 30 squats = 1 bar.

@@itstime5138 doing 2 sets of 10 instead of straight 20 is easier because of the cardiovascular load being higher in a straight 20, generally anything without breaks is gonna be harder because of cardiovascular load instead of just having to fight with muscle fatigue, it brings 2 elements in to play.... The push-ups were mostly good form until exhaustion made things sloppy. No idea what the hell those squats were, the weird arms out technique really threw me and he seemed to be leading with his back. Going from nothing to that is pretty insane, can't believe he knocked this out in one play session!

200 push ups in a short amount of time is no joke lol, even a seasoned body builder would probably have muscular hypertrophy from it. Definitely should of stretched in between lol| also too late but little trick you can adjust your hands to more isolate different muscle groups so you can do more.

I remember getting so excited finding 1000 Island dressing in Basic that I put a pouch of it in my cargo pocket and forgot about it until we were doing shakedown at the range and Drill was like WTF is this? Costed me 1000 pushups. The first hundred weren't that bad.... when you in the 300 range you want to die.... Overall, I had a week to do them and boy was he doing a job keeping track.. lol the good ol days.

I hope chance takes this push up challenge as a wake up call. It should not be difficult to do 10 push ups with breaks in between, especially for someone of his weight. Next time I play I’m going to do 10 push ups every bar of a low level (mid 20s) just to put my money where my mouth is.

as someone out of shape. we literally cant do good form. like soda wouldnt get off the ground after 20 pushups in perfect form. because then it uses only the exact proper muscles and whenever out of shape people use core muscles properly it shows how weak they actually are. DOMS - Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. For soreness get some protein powder w/ milk or eat lots of lean meat literally the cure for mostly all muscle pain. Hot showers & Ibuprophen will help for that too. Great form for squats Soda!.. ppl always go "ass to grass" and then tell you to go lower then straiten your back.. like do you know how physics work lolol for someone who doesn't workout I give you 9/10 for effort & attempt at form and how close you had it before your muscles started breaking down. I'm terrible at pushups but quite good at squats. I weigh about 70kg, pushups I'd be dead after 4x10 at best, but squats I could do all 300 in 3 sets of 100 I'm pretty sure.

Nah, for every bar of xp, do x pushups equal to your current level. e.g. at level 20, you do 20 pushups per bar.
