Hi Laura, As a retired Cosmetologist & lifelong lover of History, I really enjoy your videos so very much. You are lovely & such a class act. I'm jealous of your cosmetic & perfume collections! My beautiful Grandma from County Cork, Ireland had what they called back in the day "alabaster skin". It was flawless & oh so soft! I remember her dressing table was never w/o Pond's Cold Cream. She told me to use it as well. I'm 63 now & people always comment on how young my skin looks, nary a line in sight! Keep those wonderful videos coming. My 2 kitties send "meows" to Pinky! 💖Michelle

My grandmother Betty Jean who raised me has been using Ponds for as long I can remember. She's 85 now and she honestly looks like she's in her 50s or 60s. I've been using Ponds for many years and I hope it never gets discontinued. Ponds cold cream and Garnier Micellar water are my favorites!!

I've just started using Ponds in my routine, and I love it. I started with the Crema S as a regular moisturizer, but now I am also using the Cold Cream. I think I prefer the Clinique Cleansing Balm better than the Ponds Cold Cream, but there really isn't much difference between them to justify paying an extra $20 for Clinique. So now in my routine I just use the Dove Beauty Bar, Ponds Crema S, and Ponds Cold Cream. Super simple, and my skin reacts better to it than anything else I've used in the past. Lovely, informative video, thank you for sharing it with us! :)

I just started using Pinds cold cream a few weeks ago for the first time and I am so impressed. Usually I just use water and a wash cloth to clean my skin because everything else including expensive natural products makes me break out. This is the first skin care product I have used in my life that hasn't made me break out and it is making my skin glow! I also used to get break outs on my neck and just textured skin on my neck and for the first time in my life because of Ponds that has cleared up! I am blown away so far! Its a vintage product that is still around for a reason! Ive only tried the cold cream and have been using the original Oil of Olay face moisturizer as well but Im interested to try some other Ponds products in the future now.

Collagen molecules are too large to penetrate the skin, so when a product claims to have that in it, its basically a glorified moisturizer. Your skin will feel softer, but that's about it. The most reliable way to get more collagen is ingesting it and even then, there aren't enough studies to prove long term efficacy.

I remember once an older lady told me that ponds and Nivea made the best and most reliable creams and honestly I use other brands and products on my beautiful and amgelical skin but always like to use at least one product from these two brands bc i pay attention to detail and often when i was very young i would hear good things about ponds and other vintage or retro skin care hacks like I've seen older models that look ridiculously young for their age or age very gracefully and learned from a very young age and I like Korean and mostly Japanese skincare but nothing compares to a simple skincare routine with the right products meaning ingredients that actually work on your specific skin like I rather look like a perfect vintage model with perfect face than a 25 year old bow days that falls for marketing and looks old and their skin looks burned and irritated vs some girls that are smarter about wjat they put in their faces without falling for marketing bc I feel like there's so much crap out there now days but maybe im just lucky and I'm good at picking the right products that actually work on my skin 😊 make a video about sunscreen 🧴

I love the cold cream, I put a small amount on as a moisturizer at bedtime. The dry skin formula is so greasy on my face unfortunately, so I use it as a hand cream instead. I bought the 2 newer ones that you have with the red and blue labels, plus one that had a white label, but the scents are different than the original. I like the original Pond's scent. Those familiar scents from childhood. Like the Avon vita-moist hand cream. My MawMaw used that, that smell will always remind me of her. It's still my favorite hand cream.

We used Ponds Cold cream makeup remover and my mother used Ponds Cold cream. I used Nivea, she didn't like thick creams. You mentioned Sea Breeze. It was my best friend for my monthly visitor. I love vintage and antique things, vintage art, vintage furniture, vintage makeup, vintage perfume bottles, vintage compacts, I love it all, especially vintage or antique feminine products or things most females used at the time, for beauty or their vanity. I always heard the word cold cream and dusting powders and always wondered what they were and were used for and I’ve learned soo much these past weeks. I used to be really into these videos but life and school got busy but now I have some time for extra learning and I am in love with everything. I always doubled cleansed as I had very amazing results doing it, but my cleansing balm wasn’t always available and it was on the pricier side. I’m really excited and I hope I can try and get some ponds cold cream and maybe some other products as well. I have oily skin but it’s due to me not moisturizing my skin (I genuinely didn’t know until I put on sunscreen and saw my skin clear up because it got moisturized). So I like to use more sensitive skin products because I have semi sensitive skin as well, and dry skin products as they are just more gentle on my skin. Most oily skin products suck up soo much moisture on me, it hurts to talk, so I lean towards dry skin products and sensitive skin products. My toner and moisturizer alone has cleared up my skin so much more, even not a full day, I’ve seen better results within half the day already, but I do want to get a cleansing balm because I worry my regular cleanser might be too harsh and of course doesn’t remove all my makeup, which is very minimal. I’ve heard such good things about ponds, I really think it’s what I’ve been looking for and it’s a multipurpose product, moisturizer and cleanser, yes please. Thank you soo much for the video, I hope you and your family are well and best wishes lovely~ 🌻❤️✨

I double cleanse with Ponds Cold Cream, and at night I follow up with Paula’s Choice 2% salicylic acid exfoliant, and then I moisturize with both the Ponds Clarant B3 & Pond’s Dry Skin Cream. This skincare routine has been an absolute game changer!!! My skin was so acne prone before that literally just breathing seemed to trigger a breakout lol. But now my skin is finally clearing up, my acne scars are fading, and even if I do get a pimple here and there, they’re fading away within a day or two. I’m honestly just so impressed!! I love the clarants one for a long time before switching to the crema s moisturizer. i am having dark spots again though and getting inspired by your multiple moisturizer layering . However i find that the dry skin moisterizer has too much of a rubbing alcohol smell for me sadly.
