This game is borderline insane, went from master 66% winrate this season so far with 100 games to dropping to diamond with literally boosted inters in every damn game. The devs should be studied butchering the good players to please the trash players crying that they cant climb. Devs are too pathetic answering the calls from long time players, no feedback, no q&a nothing. They deserve failure in every way

what you can try is to pick ultra lategame champions like kayle and kaisa, you'll likely go like 2/7 in the early game, then win the lategame with a kda of like 9/7 so the system won't think your that good and place you with better teammates and worse opponents

Before watching this entirely I must say I only used and still use WR as a helping/starting tool with champs, e.g rengar, already got up to diamond with him even before rework I am aware WR has a bad matchmaking system but I don't think it's entirely your team's fault if you're plat even when WR has fortitude system

@@FDatas that's totally fair Well yes of course i agree, but the matchmaking just made it so unenjoyable. but also the fortitude system only rewards you if you play a lot because the points only last a few days. so you need to be playing 5+ games a day to benefit from it, which I never have. The most i have done is around 3 games a day. it's so much better to play 1-2 days a week with 6-7 games than 1-2 games every day like i have done. that being said, 100% i was in plat last season down to my skill, i wasn;t good enough. However, since spending a lot of time on league PC i am proabbly twice as good as I was and i think this vidoe proves that. Its very hard to play while recording because of the multiastking element and I still did very well. My issues were at the start of the wild rift season most of the games I lost were due to others losing lane and me not being able to do anything, but that's why playing top isn't great for carrying unless you properly steam roll very quickly thanks for sharing your thoughts, if you have tips i welcome them, i need to get better ha

I'm finishing the vid right now and it's clear as water that you have improved, don't worry I've been watching you for a while I just never comment hahfhadha, u should try playing a bit more on PC and applying same methods on wild rift, it might be a "different" game due to its pace but u can still apply some stuff. If you see the enemy jungler doing x camp and ur top/bot have prio because they are stronger / have shoved the wave, ping them to do an invade. Most of the times since its solo queue the guy won't know how to react and after that it's VERY hard to come back, even more in wild rift because everything is going fast paced. Like i said glad to see you're getting out and hopefully u hit eme soon brother! ^^

That's a solid idea, i think for most of plat I am going to invade level 1 with graves, and focus on trying to path the enemy jungler the entire game and punish the side he isn't on until i get a 2-3k gold lead then just continously hunt the jungler down haahah match up depending of course

A small suggestion on build - Crit items (Bloodthirster, Immortal Shieldbow, Navori, IE, Mortal reminder) do better than flat pen lethality items on graves (Yuomuu, Duskblade, etc.) Everytime Graves auto attackes - he shoots 4 pellets. But if the shot crits he shoots 6 pellets. A full crit build is much better for this reason. The damage is quite good and better than items like Trinity or other bruiser jungle items. (Also a crit shot with 6 pellets or bullets allows you to fully stack Black cleaver passive in one auto attack. Hence it is an amazing 5th item to go on graves unless you need magic resist from Maw or Guardian Angel's revive). And a crit build means full crit. 4 items that crit (each 25% giving you 100% crit - especially IE as its passive is that crit gives 205% damage). It might feel like flat pen lethality items gives more AD than crit items - but the crit itself if the major factor. In platinum you can get away with much (also my sympathies for dog shit teammates and bad matchmaking) - but in higher elos ideal builds matter more. (I have been top 100 graves in the EU server and tried a lot of builds).

Is that good logic or bad logic? hahaha I also get 50% crit in any build with graves but my using the ghost blade allows for faster clears and ganks and I just tried sundred out for the first time and again it allows for high damage as a second item.

​@@JustPlatBro In lower elos you can kind of get away with it. Most people don't have good macros and don't know how to enhance the chances of a comeback when losing in lane. Even in late-season Diamond I would say this is true. But when people do know how to macro properly and get to the late game you might find lethality Graves lacking damage as much as Crit Graves and that's where the problem lies. (on a side note - Crit Graves jungle clear is quite insane as well especially after second item. If the second item is an immortal shieldbow the defensive stats make the item super good for ganks as well) I always build bloodthirster first and then boots (it is guaranteed you would have either one whole item or half item and boots by the time of the first dragon or herald). I would rather than have one full item during that fight. I think a good build plan is about maximizing the potential of your champ and in Graves' case Crit is infinitely better and scales so well. Late game one shot!! If you have black cleaver - you can one shot tanks too. No other champ uses black cleaver last item as well as full Crit graves. But you can add a duskblade to the build if you would like lethality (prefer that to yuommu as the passive gives so much more damage and better armour pen stats). Either way I would never build Trinity - the only upside is a tiny bit more tankiness and movement speed - neither of which matter much mid to late game). If you want ability haste - get Navori's - insane item on graves especially for team skirmishes.

Ill give it a go, i have played around 100 games withy graves now and I started off crit but that was when i was losing a lot so it but me off that build. however, that was also when i was just generally terrible so I need to forgot my previous experiences with it ha my thought process with lethality vs crit was lethality - more damage early game, better snowball potential crit - in the mid to late game, outscales lethality massively but not as strong in early not sure if you agree with that ha thanks for the wisdom

​@@JustPlatBro Yeah. Thank you for engaging in conversation on this. Build preferences can vary. I was presenting my view on the ideal Graves build based on what the champ's passive and abilities are and having a play style that suits it and extracts the most from the champ. But people can differ. I know of some good players who go for duskblade second after bloodthirster all the time for a better burst damage. This reduces Crit but in their opinion it helps their play style perhaps. I would not do that as I like the Immortal shield bow passive or occasionally if the enemy team is very AP heavy - I go for Maw (i.e., 3-4 champs including jungle are AP then I go Maw second). The way you differentiate between the build is right but the difference may not be a lot in my opinion. I feel that snowballing depends more on correct plays and rotations rather than items alone. But again items can help - enemy has a Lillia or Gragas jungle then an early Maw helps with jungle invades a lot. I approach it this way - what's the best the champ can do and how to adapt my play style to suit that. I feel it is the best option. But at the end it is just a game and the primary purpose is to enjoy it. If you enjoy sundered sky and Trinity graves - do go for it. No harm at all. No one should lose sight of the fun of the game. 😊😊

The thing to notice is that wild rift players like to fight whenever they can especially mid game they group up without even considering the comp,their gold ratio, whether they need a split pusher etc your goal should be to feed yourself really good and make huge impacts on those times and they're are sometimes 1 or 2 good players you match with so playing with them or letting them hit their late game potential is your win con other then that your macros are really good 👍

Hey dude, yeah man the fights always seem pointless. I see it all the time where they fighting not under tower and it’s like, just bring them back then you have tower safety incase you die but it is what it is. Iron rank on normal league has a higher skill level that Platinum rank on WR which just says it all really. And thanks man! Nail on the head that most people playing the game don't understand how it works. Like you said about stealing farm, in all of my bad games, the JG is in lane, taking farm. I'm an ADC and I stay out of the jungle until way late game but I have way too many games where either the JG fails a gank, and starts attacking my minions or is in lane farming someone's gold when they should be in the jungle clearing camps. The game is structured arouns everyone having their role and by interfering with those roles, you cause deficits in your team. Also, the crab in the river that gives vision is called "Scuttle crab" or Scuttle for short. "Krugs" is, I think, the 4 red bird looking things near middle tower on Red side.

Yeah... Theyve all but confirmed that they know that the ranked system isnt fair and that they aren't changing it. They would rather boost players into Plat and Emerald so the nubs are happy and buy another Lux skin lol if they switched to an LP based system instead of marks and matched by lane rather than by team it would be fixed, but that would make wait times a few minutes minimum and the nubs wouldn't be able to climb past Silver and Gold = losing paying customers. I am unfortunately stuck in Emerald, hit Masters twice several seasons ago, but as an ADC main, climbing when every game is a 1v9 is pretty rough.

I personally don’t think even Grandmaster and Challenger ranks always showcase highly skillful gameplay. At these levels, a Challenger player can end up with Master teammates, and a Master player can end up with Challenger opponents, which can lead to frustrating mismatches. For the Master player, the opponents may feel too difficult, while for the Challenger, their team might seem too weak. In lower ranks -let’s say below Diamond- you can usually carry games solo, even if your team isn’t great, because the enemy team often lacks the skills to punish you effectively. Overall, I don’t think matchmaking is the main reason people get stuck in low ranks; if you’re good enough, you should be able to carry.

Generally I agree but I think, from personal experience, the matchmaking becomes an issue before you are good enough to carry. When you are just starting to find your feet and are an okay player for the rank you are at, you get matched with better players in your lane or terrible team mates that throw the game before you can even understand what went wrong. I think I’m getting to the stage where I can carry through platinum but there was a 100 match period where I wasn’t good enough to carry but games were still getting lost through inexperience on my end coupled with even less experienced team mates. In lower ranks, ADCs generally seem to have the lowest level of skill and tend to be the most mismatched which leads to the role dictating the end game massively. It’s common to have one ADC will be 10-0 with 16k gold and the other will be 3-10 with 10k gold

My pro lem with Wild Rift is I consistently go 5 win streaks and then it gives me my absolute worst laning position, or enemies with brains and teammates with none. Some games they literally will feed and make it hard for me to get an A or S due to the enemies being strong enough to tower dive me because of the dramatic power difference. They have no regard for their life. They think "I can respawn." When I'm thinking, "I have one life. I will not die, and if I do I won't again." If annoying seeing teammates so focused on killing in a ranked match rather than using their brain. But eh, mobile gaming right?

Should test better graves build there are better builds my g ,ym ghostblade is kinda meh immo,try bloodthirster,imortal shieldbow esp when build lifsteal boots also works with Fleetfootwork when take fleet ym gb is kinda over cap immo conquer works also fine both give healing , infinity edge is broken on graves since its buffed couple patches ago crit 140 % now went up,most of the time i pick ghost over flash tho, Black cleaver over trinity force immo, use ult as execute not on full health enemys, There are some nice combo's of runes and builds for graves ,when u get more comfy on graves ghost ,quicksilver Black cleaver for also move speed the items i mentioned before and play arround the 3 ability stack it more often, navori quickblades can speed it up,i prefer those items over ym ghostblade and sundered sky, tbh i dont play alot wr atol for same reasons. My way to go build was like glut greaves,bt,schielbow,look if need antiheal buy component ,black cleaver then ie, ga or mortal reminder combine with overgrowth, if not going overgrowth can build more armor pen, when you fed try navori,collector its fun. Use first skill against wall for faster detonation overall graves is a hard farmer and most of the times gank when u are aure you get something out of it hes more of a carry hard scaler so farming over trying to helping a losing lane. When your not building overgrowth obviously build less healing and more damage,ym ghostblade is like perma move speed i prefer to have burst move speed i feel u got to play graves a kittle bit greedy dont die farm hard and fast wall bang stack 3th abi when going teamfights u really want get ahead of gold every game of the enemy jungler mid late game you wil out farm enemy junglers, when choose sudden impact build as much damage as can dont look to much at healing, shieldbow and navori kinda underrated same for collector when sudder impact yiu want them down asap,1050 graves games master peak but i delete game on sundays and play only in the weekends soo can be a little different in these patches hope help you out even a little GL my bro❤ ill sub maybe we can play some times 10.000 games overall i know all line kinda well my bro is 8 times chall on wr so got some info there peaked top 60 graves once i was ar master rank. Yeah the matchmaking isn't consistent sometimes. After my match finishes, on the scoreboard, I'd check my allies and enemies rank. I was gold 1, and my teammates and opponents were silver and a few bronze, I was the only gold player. Usually everyone is of the same rank, but I would say it happens to me 15 to 20% of the time. Obviously its a free win for me, but it ruins the experience and balance for others. I'm not even intentionally smurfing, but its Riot who is making me smurf 😂 The irony... I'm guessing its because its to fix queue times due to low amount of players? Because theres no way they haven't solved this issue by now when the game has been out for ages... Cos in comparison to MLBB, the matchmaking and queue is always consistent and fast, since it is pretty much the most populated mobile MOBA outside of China. I've played MLBB and HOK, but I still prefer WR since League has been my main PC MOBA, so I'm already knowledgable about the game, and I cba to learn MLBB and HOK items.

@@JustPlatBro I went to Diamond a few seasons ago, but seeing how matchmaking forces you to farm 300 to 500 games to get to master, I stopped and I'm only playing ARAM now. And even there the matchmaking puts afk and players with 40% winrate to make you lose if you win too much.

why can't it be both reasons? For example, yesterday, I was jungle in ranked match, within 90 seconds, we were 0-5. i had just finished my scuttle. Then I was flamed for 'jungle diff'. I went and ganked top, got one kill. by that point, we were 1-10 within 3 minutes. Everyone in chat popping off when every single lane lost within the first 4 minutes and lost all first towers in 5 mins. That is bad matchmaking ha But also - i need to get good hahaha, i'm all about just sharing the journey and making relatable content for casual and new players, I don't pretend to be good at the game

@@JustPlatBroIt can be both reasons, but you cannot blame matchmaking at all when you consistently make many mistakes throughout your games. Why aren’t you farming camps? Why aren’t you getting plates with mimic turret, and instead spinning circles in top lane? That’s the problem, too many players don’t fix their own problems before blaming matchmaking. Yes, most of the wildrift players are awful, and what MOBA doesn’t give you lane diffs every now and then? Yes better players with high gpm and kda get much worse players, but still win majority of games due to playing well consistently.

Spoiler: Long Honest Comment, take it or leave it. Honestly...if your high kills games have an average of 3.0 deaths or more, stay Plat bro... Because you are going to be a serious liability beyond Emerald...I know Gold Players who can get average KDAs of 3.0/higher against Masters-Challengers consistently, so I am biased 😂 (Spectated way too many games like that) Simply, as someone who had constantly played against those Ranks, if you can't consistently get Death Counts below 3 (EXECUTIONS are not counted), grinding beyond Emerald just shows nothing other than your dedication for the game. Take no offence, there are too many things you should work on and improve rather than aiming for a higher rank that means nothing in the end. Consider all that from a player who had played with average KDAs 2.0 or less Master-Chally teammates at a rate of 2/5 games over 2k games. Oh, and as a witness of seeing a Top 1 player getting owned within 1 min of the game in a 1v1 thrice by now, I can also tell you the Leaderboard and Top 3 Builds can mean nothing as well. Some Top 1 players are just not Top 1 that way. 😂 (Also, doing great against terrible enemies worths nothing to brag about...0/11 in a Plat game proves that player nowhere near the level he is placed into/against. The ability to rate your enemy level accurately in-game is a good sign showing that you are on the way beyond Diamond) As a suggestion, stop rambling too much and focus on reflecting your mistakes or analysing the situation for/to us. The rants will not help you improve as a player if you are truly seeking a way out of Platinum//genuinely improving your skills. Especially from a player like me in Gold who notices the mistakes you made, that is not going to impress me when I see someone complaining that hard on teammates and enemies. Well, KZbin Recommendation brought me here anyway, it's only nice to give some honest suggestion/feedbacks. But not everyone can accept those anyway. GL HF and enjoy climbing out of ELO Hell. I had freed myself from that Hell a long time 😂

I dont think the game is ruined I think it’s probably the best mobile game I’ve ever played it’s just the matchmaking that needs fine tuning. Ultimately I think you just have to play the game a lot every day to move out the terrible ranks ha
