In my opinion if you haven’t been in the gym CONSISTENTLY for 1-2 yrs straight and you can’t lift the whole rack of any given machine with ease and press any dumbbell then for sure you can grow at planet fitness. REMEMBER ITS RESISTANCE, EATING RIGHT, SLEEP AND MIND MUSCLE CONNECTION THAT COUNTS.

PF is okay to workout at bro. Mad cheap. Yes, it does bring in a lot of people that are not willing to stay dedicated and try hard… but YOU can make anything work no matter the situation. I’ve gone 4 days a week consistently for a year+, and I train to failure. The alarm is overhated and the only time where I live it went off when someone was INTENTIONALLY trying to be disruptive. Ur small btw.

It does not matter where you train. The amount of work that you put in will determine your gains. There are plenty of people that train at planet fitness or other gyms of that sort, that are strong , athletic and aesthetic. This is very misleading content.

i agree most of your lifts should be hard compound free weight movements. There’s really nothing wrong with machines tho. I incorporate all types of training within my routine to look my best.
