He's not a fanboy. For one, he confused Thomas' green livery in his first appearances for Percy. Secondly, he's lowkey calling him a train, even though he's not pulling any cargo or coaches, therefore he is a Tank Engine. xD His friend however already knows that stuff, therefore his friend is probably a fanboy.
