Hello everyone! Welcome back to Fantastic Foods! A little food show presented by yours truly, Charlie Roscoe.
Today's video is a real treat, I think you guys will love it. Especially if you are coming from my TikTok page and you live in Latvia or in Eastern Europe. In this video I try a lot of food from Eastern Europe. Especially from the Eastern European countries of Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Poland. I try and taste test a huge range of Eastern European snacks and meals, I wonder if you guys have ever tried the food I'm eating? At the end of this video we go to the famous Latvian restaurant: Lido! In Lido I tried loads of Eastern European things, I loved some of it but was not too keen on the rest of it.

The Lido has never really ever disappointed me. Their Uzavas beer (light or dark) is one of my favourites in Latvia. I also love the Cold (pink) soup.

Lido is probably THE most over priced and not tasty place to eat. The quality is not worth the price. Would not pay more then 3 euro for their lunch meal. Not tasty do not go there

I'm Estonian and we have these garlic bread also (we have all the same food as 🇱🇻 ofc 😄) and the bread snacks are awesome BUT beware the first time not to break your tooth, they are tough sometimes.

You had to eat the potatoe pancakes with sour cream ! It’s a whole different dishes and it’s the best Also if you can try the Lido fries and add mushroom sauce on it it’s wonderful

Because we are different 😀 Even tho we are diff from the westerners, eastern europeans differs also from eachother. Almost every country has their own culture, language, mentality, tradition, folk music, dresses, dances and every culture has their own subculture, dialect, accents, customs and beliefs.
