Here are EXPLANATIONS OF ALL THE PRODUCTS in the video and their time stamps from a random Japanese.This comment literally took hours to make lol 1:53 Pizza Bun - I’m assuming Felix went to LAWSON, and I don’t really recall what their pizza buns taste like. But I think convenience store hot foods are always good in general and enjoyable to everybody if you don’t mind eating meat. I think “Ann-man(Red bean paste buns)”might be vegetarian…but please check before eating to be sure. Many of us love eating convenience store buns in winter. Also for LAWSON hot foods, Karage-kun(Fried chicken meatballs) series is my favorite. 2:35 CRUNKY - Pews kind of explained all, it’s chocolate with mini dotty puffs in it and has crispy and chocolate texture. 3:00 ど太い小枝(dobutoi koeda)- Never tried or seen this particular one so I guess it’s brand new. This one seems to be the experimenting version of “小枝Koeda” a good old famous chocolate snack meaning “Twigs” lol. “ど太い” means “ tremendously thick” so I guess they kind of made a chocolate branch there. 3:15 焼きそばパン(yakisoba-pan) - This is classic snack food. It’s almost like onigiri(not as traditional but as common). I think it appears a lot in school set anime too. Its basically stir fried sauce noodles between bread. It’s high in calories but you can’t resist eating it once in a while… 4:13 チョコボール(Choco-balls)- This is classic and veery famous. Especially the TV commercial song and the character Kyoro-chan. I personally don’t like peanuts too, so never liked them…so thank you Felix. 4:51 ビッグカツ(Big Katsu)- “Katsu” originally means “cutlet”. Generally pork cutlet. This is a snack trying to imitate pork cutlet using thin paper like dried fish meat and the bread crumb out layer. I had a phase in junior high eating this everyday …it’s not that bad, though it’s not that big either… (the rest follows in the reply of this comment)
@Aiueo1722 жыл бұрын
8:36 アポロチョコ(Apollo choco )- This is classic too. Inspired from THE Apollo11 the space ship, and was first sold in 1969. The looks are cute, the taste very strawberry and sweet. 9:12 トッポ(Toppo)- Famous snack along with ポッキー(Pocky). Pocky has chocolate on the outside and Toppo inside. I like Toppo better and at least it’s not boring for me😤 9:48 味わい深い鮭とば(ajiwaibukai saketoba)- This seems LOWSON brand product and I’ve never eaten it. “ajiwaibukai” means “deep in taste”. This is one of what is usually called “つまみTsumami” which is salty snacks eaten with bear and other alcoholic drinks. It’s kind of like “cheese with wine” but Japan version. 10:31 チチヤス乳酸菌ソーダ(Chichiyasu nyuusankin soda )- This is a new drink that came out this year. I tasted it last month and it’s good. Somehow we like the “乳酸菌Lactic acid bacteria” here. We care so much about our gut bacteria… 11:09 ピザポテト(Pizza Potato)- This is quite famous. It has melty cheesy bit on the crunchy chips, and has nice complicated pizza flavor. I like it too. 11:55 ばかうけ ガーリックバター味(bakauke garlic butter aji )- Bakauke is a famous snack often shared with friends. It’s kind of modern rice cracker. Never tried garlic butter but must be good😋 12:26 うずらの味付け卵(uzura no ajituke tamago )-Quail,we don’t really know much about the bird either. We just know their eggs. The bird is kind of like Kiwi, kind of like sparrow, and their eggs are almost chicken eggs but mini. 13:38 カッパえびせん(kappa ebisen )- This is classic too. It’s not a potato chips, it’s (せんべいsenbei) and a type of rice cracker. Kappa=河童=カッパ. 河童 is one of ancient Japanese monsters called “妖怪Youkai”, it lives in ponds and looks like the mix of frog, duck and human. This product somehow has its name and character. It has nice roasted fragrant of shrimp and light and crunchy. I love it. They’re now doing a package campaign in which famous illustrators/artists are featuring the package art ,so…I understand it must have been confusing. 15:02 種抜きカリッと手割り梅(tanenuki karitto tewariume)- Its Japanese apricot….😵💫Maybe some of you may know “梅干しumeboshi ” ? It’s almost like that. It’s very sour and sweet and you need to know what you are eating before you take a bite of this…The package translator shouldn’t have wrote plum…like I’m Japanese and I don’t like umeboshi…But ”梅酒umeshu ”=Japanese apricot alcoholic is good tho.
@Aiueo1722 жыл бұрын
16:08 もっちチョコパン(mocchi choco pan)- It’s LAWSON brand. It saids mocchi but it’s doesn’t have mochi in it, it’s simply describing it’s texture. It’s little chewy and soft and sweet. So it’s the best choice when you want to get rid of the former shocking taste. 17:33 うまい棒 コーンポタージュ味(umai-bou corn pottage taste)- This is verrrry famous it’s 12yen or so and kids love it. I love it. “Umai-bou” means “delicious stick”……..Hmm🤔 I personally don’t get why Felix didn’t like it,but for me, I think it’s good same as Marzia. 18:18 パイの実 Coolish味(Pie no mi Coolish taste)-“Pie no mi” means the fruit of Pie. Pie as in like apple pie. It’s a pie-like soft fluffy and crispy texture cookie with chocolate filling. But this time they apparently decided to collaborate with Coolish,an vanilla ice cream product…I guess now we have vanilla flavored pie cookies?? 19:13 カプリコ(caplico)- Felix said it all. I personally have never tried this my entire life and feel same as him. Why dry an ice cream? It’s sort of famous so I guess quite a lot of people like it. I just don’t feel like trying…🫤 20:18 チョコモナカジャンボ(choco monaka jumbo)- This is famous! and I like it. Monaka is originaly Japanese traditional sweets which wraps Anko(sweet bean paste) in crispy crunchy thin baked mochi layer. This ice was inspired from it and has wrapped vanilla ice cream and hard chocolate plate with the baked mochi layer.Alike the corn cracker, mochi layer softens as the ice melts creating difference in texture. 21:33 Can’t see the product name. But I’m quite sure it’s メロンパン(Melon pan)- It’s a bread that tastes(or looks)like melon. It seems like this is also LAWSON brand. Melon pan is a thing in Japan and in any bakery you have it. This seems to have whipped cream in it(I’m not so sure) which is quite unusual. 22:27 Can’t see the product name. But I’m quite sure it’s チョココルネ(choco cornet)- It’s a simple bread with twisted shell like bread with chocolate cream fillings. This seems LAWSON brand too. Looks like it’s cream is partly not chocolate? I’m assuming LAWSON is trying to make new taste to the bread that people know already. 22:59 焼するめげそ ピリ辛味(yaki-surumegeso pirikara-aiji)- Pews said it all. It’s jerky beef like seafood. Squid legs are quite good if you find your favorite flavor. I don’t love it, but I like the chewy texture. This can also be a good “つまみtsumami ”with beer. This is LAWSON brand too. 23:47 焼するめピリ辛醤油味(yaki-surume pirikara shoyu aji)- This one have soy sauce flavor too. LAWSON brand. 24:12 アンパンマングミ ぶどう(Annpanman gummy budou)- Annpanman is the name of this round face character on the package. This I think is the most famous character in Japan above everything(above Eren above Naruto above Tanjiro ). I believe there is no child that was raised in Japan that doesn’t know Annpanman. Also “ぶどうbudou” means Grape. I love this gummy🥺 It’s one of my nostalgic sweets from before elementary school. Too bad Felix didn’t like it… Also the plastic is not plastic it’s edible gelatin paper. 25:10 プッチンプリン(puttin pudding )- I never realized until now that this pudding sounds like the Russian leader…lol No it’s onomatopoeia. It’s basically word imitating the sound of the flick that Felix did. It’s sweet and wobbly and nostalgic. 26:50 さつま芋けんぴ(satumaimo kenpi )- LAWSON brand. Sugar coated fried sweet potato stick. I like it. 27:19 シャインマスカット大福(shine muscat daifuku )- Never tried it. Daifuku is traditional sweets, anko wrapped in mochi. 28:04 じゃがりこ 明太チーズもんじゃ味(jyagariko mentai cheese monjya-aji)- Jyagariko is veeeery famous and classic potato snack. I think it’s one of the best hit selling snacks in Japan. They have new seasonal limited flavors every now and then. Monjya is dish kind of like Okonomiyaki, different but similar. 28:53 じゃがりこ サラダ味(jyagariko salad aji)- One of the three classic flavours of Jyagariko along with butter flavor and cheese flavor. When you go buy some snack you always consider if to buy jyagariko. 29:23 えびっぷり(ebippuri )- First time I’ve ever heard of this. Seems like LAWSON brand product but I don’t think LAWSON made it. Seems like the snack company collaborated with LAWSON. 29:52 柿の種 かんずり新潟(kakinotane kanzuri Niigata)- kakinotane is a famous nut mix with Rice crackers. People love it as Tsumami. I don’t know what kanzuri is. I’m assuming it’s hot pepper brand from Niigata prefecture. 30:32 ピノ(Pino)- It’s ice cream covered in chocolate. Famous and loved. It has very smooth texture, creamy and delicate flavor. 31:06 CRUNKY- This is the standard chocolate flavor CRUNKY. 31:30 ミルキー(milky)- Very famous soft milk candy. Famous TV commercial that sings “milky the flavor of mum~♪” in Japanese. 32:05 Can’t see the product name. I’m assuming it’s Premium Toppo(トッポ)- It looks like it’s some premium flavor. I’ve never tried it. 32:30 Can’t see the product name. I think it’s regular だんご(Dango) with あんこ(Anko)on it.- I agree Felix so much. Dango from convenience store is not that good. I mean…the good ones are good, but some tastes like mochi texture plastic… 33:01 Sixpack - Never tried this. I think it’s a protein bar. 33:33 チョコカルシュー(choco Caru chou )- Chou is French. It’s basically chocolate cream puff. LAWSON brand. Never tried this but I can tell it’s good. 33:57 焼スルメピリ辛醤油味(yaki-surume pirikara shoyu aji)- The same product from 23:47 but Felix didn’t eat it then and saved it for the last. And that is the….. end. This comment took like hours to make lmfao I’ve started and once I was doing this for over 10 minutes, I had no choice but to carry on lolol Hope it helps somebody who wants to try it out any of these snacks.

Spaghetti in a hot bun xD Actually 焼きそば yakisoba (fried soba). In Japanland soba, udon, ramen, pasta, are all different. Thickness and what kind of flour its made from (therefore texture).
