You should have tried the Thai place (rice and noodle) Although not part of the rate my takeaway, that has been the only place to survive the previous attempt of a food court at packhorse and probably still the most busy vendor there.

Amazing value! Wow, you bought 2 meals and 2 desserts and great that they let you bring the rest home! For me the chips weren't needed, 2 beef tacos and the fried noodles with chicken and prawns was plenty with dessert. Yum! Chips are never as good warmed up later. 😅 Merry Christmas! 🎄🕯️🎅🔔☃️🎁

If you ever get a chance, you should come to Northern Ireland. Try our version of a full English called Ulster fry,. Or go to a Belfast chip shop and have a pastie, which is a Belfast dish that is different from the Cornish pastie you get in England

The food looked a lot better than i expected as I'm not very trusting of the overly bright and shiny signage. Those were some hefty portions and looked good, the tacos looked more like pastys though yet looked good with gravy. I fancy some seasoned chips now.

The cake is offically called 'Tres Leches' in Mexico, which is Spanish for 'three milks'.

Yes , but the milk cake is different from a tres leches, that’s a white cake, no butter, or fat in it, after baking then you poke holes in it, and pour a tin of evaporated milk over it, then milk, then a tin of condensed milk, leave it to soak up the milks, and top with meringue, or whipped cream, and fruit, this milk cake just seemed to have condensed milk poured into the bowl, and topped with chocolate cake. I imagine this would be very sweet,tres leches isn’t all that sweet.

Thought the Bobby's Salt and Pepper Box No 3 looked amazing and for an eatery, good value. As for the dessert, not so sure. IMO you can't beat some of the old time favourites like Bread and Butter Pudding, Jam Roly-poly, Spotted Dick or even Rice Pudding. Great Video as always. Noticed that your travel costs are not included anymore, and you are back to train travel rather the bus/coach alternative. Suppose faster is better, than saving a few pounds?

These sorts of here-today gone-tomorrow food courts are springing up in many places, often to use up empty units - or entire floors - in half-abandoned shopping centres, and especially where shop-lifting has reached such epidemic proportions that most normal shops have had to shut down. I’ve no idea how average folk can afford a tenner for a dish which could cost just £4 or £5 as a ready-meal from M&S or Waitrose, and come with guaranteed food hygiene and quality standards. Well, Huddersfield has got a massive college, so maybe many students can afford to spend their taxpayer-provided allowances at these food stalls. Great video and Happy Holidays 👍.
