It means that a passionate player should not be limited to attacking or positional style and not limited to some poor attacking structures which give insufficient information for intermediate players and lower rated ones. As well, any passionate player should accept diversity of openings, and any passionate player will not make fruitless comparisons between 1. e4 or 1. d4.

It's actually a good system, but it gets a lot of hate online because many consider it a lazy system. It's like any solid opening: it only takes you so far. After the opening, you just play chess. I will beat weaker players who use the London and mostlymlose to stronger players than me who use the London. It's a good opening to know. Personally, I'm really excited to see her play it.

London system is widely applicable, and there are cases where London system players must transpose into other opening if they are willing to maintain an initiative. London system is a perfect solution against some VERY BORING or SLIGHTLY DUBIOUS openings like Chigorin defense where early Nc6 is played.
