I remember when I first started watching you and wanted to get into graffiti myself, I had just got my quest 2 and found this game so I downloaded it. But I never really had any success, but I always just figured it was finicky VR. Now that I've seen you do stuff like this it makes me want to try and learn again

I am most certainly Not a fan of VR nor the art online world because people can replicate techniques that they could never achieve with the patience needed for reality.. but as a fan of furthering an artistic visionary this is something great for the next generation as well as saving on material otherwise wasted for what should be practice at a smaller scale.. but this can give the feel of accomplishing a piece that would otherwise seem imaginable.. guess this is the season of techniques for applying art/getting started and I am a huge fan of this venture you have been directed its been a mega help in getting my kids inspired by the arts in a way they can feel like a pro too.. thanks again for sharing another awesome medium/application your the man!!

@@1mlikillbee250 the name of the game is Kingspray, and it has helped me improve because on paper it is easier for me to give up because I have a harder time making the shapes perfect with just my hand. Kingspray helps because I get the use my whole arm and I have more control over the shapes I’m creating. And being able to change up the location where you paint and the colors and everything keeps me from getting bored and quitting early. Since Kingspray has all of these tools, and I don’t get bored, it helps me to keep painting and to experiment with new shapes and styles. I’m sorry if that was confusing, I hope that makes sense, and I hope it helps!

They CAN be shaky but the quest is really quite impressive. As lo g as you have decent lighting the quest is fairly stable

Hey doke good tip for ya here, the standard cap is the only cap the pressure actually affects and that is the cap you must use for details and fade-in

That's incredible because u can learn sparying first in Vr without spending money on cans so when u do it in Real Life u can do it perfectly. But just one disappointment is that the Ocules Quest is to expensive.

The Quest 2 is only $300. that's less than half the cost of your every-day smartphone. Cheaper than any other current gen console other than the Nintendo Switch, and cheaper than any other VR headset on the market while providing a completely wireless experience. There's a difference between "too expensive" and "I can't afford it right now". The Quest 2 is cheap for what it is.

11:51 the quest version of the game and the pc version are suuuper different, I have both versions and the pc one has both the undo/redo button AND the angle fade technique you try here, according to the dev it was too taxing on the quest so both features were removed from the quest version.

Use the standard cap and turn down your pressure. I know the side fades need to work and painters tape would be nice. One trick you can use is the boundary lines I use them like a ruler lol if that makes sense 😂. Get right up on that wall and pretend you’re dragging your finger to paint. Seems to give you better control of your lines. Always looking where the lines going and not where you’re spraying. Love you Doke!

I’ve had the game since it came out for the original Oculus and I wish the Devs hadn’t forgotten about us. At the moment there is no crossplay between the 3 different formats (Oculus, Quest, and Steam) and there hasn’t been an update for us (Oculus users) since the game came out. For example, we have no calligraphy cap (flat or chisel) and it’s one of my favorite caps in real life. Otherwise, the game is phenomenal just that the online Kingspray community is lacking and it’s hard to find people to paint with.

@@bundlelol2795 i mean, i already play real piano, i said my hobby is piano. i want to play virtual piano. in vrchat there is a room with a functional piano, but you can only play two notes at a time because of the controllers. hence why i think vr gloves would be an amazing idea. it would also make entertaining easier. if i want to play piano, i have to drop my controllers, take off my headset, and hope my mic is picking up the audio. it would be much nicer if i could just play in game and have my avatar pick up my finger movements and such

Another good one is Graffiti Bombing but I think it's only on Steam (PC), but Kingspray is one pf my favorite VR games. It's very realistic and is great for practicing or seeing what something might look like on a wall and being able to change the color depending on what area you might be doing IRL. Some colors that looked good on paper might not work based on the environment your wall is near, and that might cause you to change almost everything about your piece.
