I think the reason why Manus spawned in the Bed of Chaos arena while the Bed of Chaos was still there was that the actual boss is that bug thing you have to kill inside the boss and Manus may have only replaced that bug instead of the whole thing.

I like how every challenge video that has every single enemy/npc as a certain end game boss forces a massive difficulty curve at the very beginning. . . Naturally the tutorial is meant to be the easiest in the game. . . but with the small spacing you have in any of these challenges, coupled with the fact that you can't level till after the tutorial level and with limited gear not meant for endgame yet. . . You are born to suffer till you become hollow. . . Respect to those that do so on dark souls.

The manus that jumped over in firelink shrine did not kill the fire keeper. When you picked up the fire keeper soul or down blightown enough, lautrec will escape his prison and kill her.

I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure the firekeeper at firelink can never die through normal means. The only way for her to die is for Lautrec to kill her, which happens either after ringing both bells OR grabbing the fire keeper souls in undead parish and blighttown. Since you mentioned grabbing the three available fire keeper souls and didn’t mention killing lautrec early, which is the only way to stop him from killing the fire keeper, I’m pretty sure he actually killed her and the Manus being down there was just a coincidence. Great video tho!

The reason the four manuses was invisible is because in the four kings fight there is an invisible one that spawns the health bar and then the kings you fight are enemies that share the invisible kings health bar
