Good luck with the Lucky 38 mod I could never get through the whole thing without something becoming bugged. Theres another one where you rebuild the casino in Primm, and that one was very well done and a fun time. And it lets you win up to like half a million caps, so if you actually enjoyed the rigged blackjack in new Vegas you could play it almost forever there

Back before Fallout 4 came out, I was doing a playthrough of New Vegas and began conceptualizing a rebuild mod. I remember it involved rebuilding Boulder City by finding construction crew members around the map, which would be attacked by Jackals(?) eager for Legion membership once rebuilt. And repairing trains by salvaging Bison Steve tracks and powered by biodiesel from Nellis or plasma tech from Repconn(?). Other towns had similar rebuilds and questlines. It's cool to see this type of thing now exists

Fallout New Vegas getting recreated in Fallout 4’s engine. Settlement building becomes very viable, so the player can create to their hearts desire. One caveat, though. All buildings are ‘open’, so no loading screen.

It’s called nipton rebuilt and it was made by a modding KZbinr called alchestbreach. Get it if it’s your first time, it’s a real good mod with even a quest to finish. Anyway there’s also a newer remastered version that adds a bit more made by a different person Edit: There’s some bugs you need to know. 1. Always save and check after buying a upgrade. Sometimes it doesn’t load in right and you don’t get the property showing up right. 2. Always buy tenets first. For some reason tenet 1 upgrade disappears if you buy the doctor 3. I recommend to get as much as you can from the mod is use a Mod manager and have it where the original mod is first then get biotin rebuilt newer version since it adds new stuff. The reason I say have the old one first is because the remake is missing some files the original has so let the newer one overwrite the old one Then download the niptin radio station to get a whole new radio and lastly get the mod pack which lets you pick the flag you want to fly in nipton.

Well, 6:32 tells me that the mod was made by a European since in the states a doctor's office wouldn't use green to denote itself, rather just use a red cross. Unironically I don't think most americans would even know that a green cross is supposed to represent a doctor, which means that it's really weird that the flag is green since the game takes place in the (Former) US. And yes, I'm aware that the international red cross "owns" that symbol, but at the moment it's only by technicality since at least in US law there's a concept where if your brand's symbol or name becomes too closely assoicated with the related product or whatever, it ceases being protected by trademark or whatever. It's why the red cross only ever sends C&Ds and never actually sues over that even when companies like Valve tell them to get bent. They know that there's an extremely low chance of winning and losing means flat out losing the trademark.

I don’t think I learned about the whole “green meaning medicine” thing over there until I was either an adult or just barely beforehand, and o consider myself a good bit more worldly than most Americans, seeing as I can actually like, point out where lesser known countries like Montenegro are on the map.
