Have you heard of the mod Conquer the mojave ? its a building based mod but you need to repair the settlements for a specific faction, its really well done and i feel like Lonesome Rhodes would try that one out

Nice - yeah, this was missing from FNV! Sadly BADthesda didn't integrate the settlement-system well in 4...it has no good quests, it brings no real rewards like getting daily caps (taxes from your settlers - which get payed to you if you keep them safe, well fed etc.)

If you are going to do thiss with the capital wasteland, you could download the ¨Rebuild the Capital¨ mod for TTW, it adds lots of new quest, characters, and also you can invest in towns and military outposts (which add more quests for you!), only ¨flaw¨ i can see its that you need to complete the normal fallout 3 history to do start the mod.

Now if only they could include fixing the dang roads between your town and the main route, with the incentive to that being a percentage increase in the rate of income at the town from anyplace that sells goods, given that travel would be quicker to and from for suppliers and traders (and anyone else coming and going for that matter).

What would be great is a mod restoration mod for Boulder City. I have been there in real life and is a great small town on the way to Hoover dam. It’s a shame that it is destroyed in game.

This concept something it got my intention for long time (so much ideas can be made ofcourse creating it is difficult to implement) such as theres multiple factions and which one you pick (Hoi4 old world blue doesn't count) as your main civilization (have there own theme and effects, technology, story and so much more) sadly the only mod that I know create your own faction is sim settlements 2 (fallout 4 and still have some problems)

I'm watching this on my ps4 and wondering if this is on console I don't own the game but all the good mods are on pc only wich is not cool cause there's only dude mods that are over powered or useless and few mods are good

FNV isn't available on PS4 as it was never ported. But you can stream it through PlayStation Now from PS3 if it is available in your region. But mods are available only on PC. Fallout 4 has mods on consoles, but PS4 mod library is smaller than Xbox's one and absolutely crushed by PC one.
