Using the powers of OpenAI's ChatGPT and some other programming magic, I have brought one of the talking flowers from Super Mario Bros. Wonder to LIFE, and he's forced me onto his trivia gameshow. Can I finish the game, or will I get lost in the trivia gauntlet? It will all come down to The Voices and whether or not they can hold it together...
Big inspiration to do something like this comes from @DougDoug and his unique streams and challenges. It's been fun to push my limits of what I can do w/ my stream and content and I never would've even bothered to try something like this if he hadn't proved to me that streaming could be so much more than playing a game with his own unique ideas. Okay, so to explain/solve the thumbnail, in calculus terms: 1) The integral (thing that looks like a mix between an I and an S) can be split into two separate integrals, with respect to x (the dx). 2) The numbers can be brought outside of the integrals, because they are constants (the 2 and the 3). 3) The X to the power of negative one (x^-1) is actually the same as one over x (1/x). 4) From there, they can be easily derived, as the two are some of the more common and simple integrals, with the outcome of each being the natural log of the absolute value of x (or ln |x| ) and e to the power of x (or e^x), plus a constant (+C). So, in summary, the solution would equal: [ 2 ln |x| + 3 e^x + C ] How do I know this? I happen to be a bit of a Nintendo fan and a faithful KZbin watcher, and I also happen to be studying calculus for my own college courses. And while the equations can seem like mumbo jumbo or some foreign language, it can be a bit of a puzzle that feels satisfying once it clicks together. Have fun, and happy travels!

I got an extra rule for next time. If the flower says you fail the question, but then you give an explanation that makes the flower say it’s true, then you pause the timer, complete the next level in the run, and then start the timer again once you beat that stage. However if you fail to prove the flower wrong, you have to do the stage you’re at twice

Yeah that's basically it. Rays talks to the flower and it gets transcribed to text which then is pasted into chatgpt. He has a very specific prompt instructing chatgpt to essentially role play as the flower with detailed instructions about the game show and also it's own personality. The chatgpt talking flower responses are then sent to a text to speech program called eleven labs to read aloud the flower's responses for everyone.

Strictly speaking it should be log|x| not log(x). The |x| is the absolute value of x(the distance from the origin ignoring distance, so |-5| is just 5, and |-3-4i| is also 5 by Pythagoras √((-3)²+(-4)²) = √(9+16) = √25 = 5).

Not saying that this idea is unique to Doug Doug, but glad to see credit where it's due. Unfortunately good content creators can fail at this sometimes.
