Clefable actually, which makes it even funnier that there's like three degrees of separation for this theory but infinite craft can't figure out "devolve kingler" The internet discusses the clefable gengar theory more than they discuss the relationship between krabby and kingler. Actually makes sense

Clefable and Gengar were supposed to be "rival mons" sorta like how syther and pinsir were supposed to be rivals, but game freak didn't go through with them

Well, more than just Gengar being a ghost Clefable, Gengar is also the "doppleganger pokemon", so who is he a doppleganger of? It would make sense for the "doppleganger pokémon" to be the pokémon with a direct counterpart like that, especially when one is Ghost and the other is (was) Normal. Also, the "fairy pokémon" being the one pokémon with a doppleganger counterpart also kinda almost makes sense, when you think of changelings. And, obviously, they have almost the exact same body shape, besides a handful of differences. This makes even more sense with the theory, since Gengar's whole thing is that he is a "shadow" of something else, so it would make sense for him to literally be in the shape of another pokémon's actual shadow.

so i made "50 shades of green" in this game, and i combined that with mario and i got 50 shades of mario. i kept combining numbers i made, making 100 shades of mario and my first discovery i made with this strategy was 6050 shades of mario and i made 23 first discoveries with this, eventually stopping at 2676366 shades of mario.

Excited to see another video on this topic, I've been trying to make every pokemon ever currently, but I love seeing other people's attempts. Also just for fun I'm going to make some predictions on which mons will be annoying, but it's definitely Wartortle, Metapod, and Krabby in my mind. (I swear I went genuinely insane trying to get Krabby on its own despite me getting so many different forms of Krabby like "Mega Jet Krabby" and "Salad Krabby") Edit: ok im 12 minutes into the video but i want to add growlithe into my predictions for what hes gonna struggle on because that was also a pain

It would be funny if they actually made Mime Sr. but just made it bad and point out in its pokedex entry that it became to old to fight so players feel guilty when using him. This would just give a buff to Mr. Mime because of the Eviolite item. Edit: they should just make it an uncancelable evolution after say 100 battles with you M. Mime
