For what it's worth, I've been running this team on Showdown and have been really happy with it. The sand core and Sinistcha actually fit into the meta pretty well; I've had a number of battles where they're the star of the show instead of Miradon. I've made a few adjustments: I swapped Incineroar for Iron Hands to take advantage of Electric Terrain, and adjusted T-tar slightly to be Adamant.

You were wrong about the speed calc between Miraidon and Zamazenta. Zamazenta in its Shield form only has a base speed of 128. Its base form is the one with 138 speed.

Why use U-turn on Incineroar over Parting Shot?

Incin was holding Assault Vest which boosts your special defense at the cost of not being able to use status moves. It's a nice alternative option to safety goggles parting shot builds but it's not perfect for every matchup

The discharge play was good, but you never used your Tera Orb...also, I believe Caly gets 1 boost for a double KO, not 2. You can't get 2 simultaneously, unless I'm mistaken.

I never had a good use for it. Also yeah, every KO is a +1 for Caly.
