Somebody finally did this! The acrylic and foam was a facepalm moment for me; I did a small(ish) moss wall in a far more complicated way in order to protect the sheet rock behind it from ANY dampness. I also take it off the wall to mist it. My concern with this project is that ANY leak, no matter how tiny, even small sustained splashes off the leaves, seem like they will cause mold. Please do update us; this is quite beautiful, and if it can be done safely, I might try it myself.

Thank you 🙂 Currently no signs of any leaks Or mold. I'll post an update soon

now we wait for the 6 month/1 year video, because this is risky af. For the house, I mean, not for the plants
@NutamagoАй бұрын
@@akiraic true, humidity stonks will ruin walls. Please dont do this indoor. do in glass enclosure or outdoor 😂
@akiraicАй бұрын
@@Nutamago you can do it indoor, but you need a hell of a ventilation and good wall insulation/painting. Usually a stone wall is nice for this, the problem is the ceiling as humidity tends to rise, specially if it's a drywall material

at 8:15, what is the different plant, in the middle, at the very top of the wall? Leaves are larger than the ferns, it's a lighter shade of green, and the venation is different as well. Thank you!
