I've built your Villain Kai, Villain Jay, and Villain Nya (Regular Suit) minifigures, and they look pretty dope! Planning on making your Villain Cole soon, the spiked golden shoulder armor from the very first Overlord (Golden Master) minifigure I think works best with that particular Villain Cole minifigure.

I did this with my own minifigs before Kai: I just gave him Llyods gi from the hands of time and a green ninja mask story: kai went after the fangblade instead of lloyd and while the ninja were argueing Pythor unleashed the great devourer and killed everyone but kai as the green ninja destroys it and is forever alone

Jay: I gave him pirate Batman's outfit and his head with an eyepatch as well as a black bat-cape story:nya doesn't get saved, new dginnjago falls and a ton dies, Jay. out of pure rage, manages to grasp his lighting like a whip, as well as makeing a make that expands causing massive amount of damage and destroys nadakan with those as well as the rest of the population he is forever alone

Cole: I used dragon power cole withoout the wings and helment I used his pre-movie hair story:On the day of the departed Cole unlocks his Earth punch and much more, with rage his elemantal power consumes him and now he is a Earth elemental energy ghost, his rage begins to build as he destroys, {he destroys everyone like you said} He is soon also alone forever

Nya: I used her Possesion suit with her moive head and cole's pre movie hair story: during the preeminentt's attack she finds a golden trident, with it she unlocks her true potential and floods the preeminent as well as the entire ninjago Island she is forever alone
