Most of the Broodal fast strats were totally dev-intended. They wouldn't have made Topper vulnerable to a ground-pound during the spinning hat fiesta, or when he flops on his stomach, or made Hariet's hat break to a well-aimed bomb return, or let you stop Spewart from buzzing around. The only exception is clipping through Rango while he's throwing his hats.
