What a wonderful gift! We should all be so lucky! That pizza looked wonderful. It was so uniform and perfect when you held the slice, like a prop pizza (I mean this as a compliment). Btw that is a sharp shirt, they are all nice but that one is a great color combo. Glad you are well, good luck with the front loader!

I bought a Lodge round griddle like that a few months ago. I put some olive oil on it and put it in a cold oven and turn the oven on to 450 degrees F. I build my pizza on a wooden pizza peel . 5 minutes after the oven reaches 450 I take the griddle out of the oven and slide the pizza onto the griddle and put it back in the oven. I can't remember how long I baked it but It turned out pretty good. The griddle makes excellent pancakes too.

My mom has an old vintage cast iron crepe pan like that. I have toyed with the idea of making pizza on it, but it is probably not as large as your pan there. One pizza would be enough for two people, but there would not be any left over.
