did you reach the necessary milestone for unlocking the execution? you should check the reward pass. there's the milestone bar on top of it and shows you how many points you need to unlock the next tier. I am stuck at level 29 too but I need 400 more points. I'll accumulate it in the next couple of days no biggie

Bruh changing executions is in the settings why didn't they just put it in the customization tab with emotes and stuff? Better yet if you got the mythic character skins their executions will be there also and can use them with any skin
