The problem for blitz is that he doesn't protect his back lines with towers other than the ballista's which don't do very much toward the end of the round that's when it gets harder enemies.

Also lack of early armor damage, they got almost full armor when passing main kill zone, allowing them to get to the tower

And the only day he put the mines (well, encampment, booby traps) he used one or two and never leveled them up... which made him die, by cubes, again.

And also, he didn't upgrade his towers more, level 10 towers are not enough in late game

They aren't suppose to. He needs to take out their armor / shields before they get into the death trap. He's too reliant on the damage at the center to do all the damage. but because the paths are the same length, all the enemies reach that choke point at the same time. He can't do enough damage fast enough to eliminate everyone. Obelisks are a good damage dealer at the end when they're already burnt / poisoned and spread out.

1 lvl 20 tower is better than 2 lvl 10 towers, just get one beefcake obelisk instead of 20, not only does it use less mana, the damage scaling goes WAY up with leveling. Treat yourself to a lvl 50 obelisk of death, and add 2 brothers that are specialised in the other stats

I think that if you buy less tower types you get more focused upgrade cards and thus better towers

He creates a killing zone which is not bad, but doesn't expand past that. He needs to at the very least get the mobs half dead by the other towers by they time they get to the death zone.

The bleed/fire/poison DOT prevent the regen of health/armour/shield respectively. Makes flame throwers and poison sprayers a good choice for frontline towers.

The problem you only concentrate on one spot you need to put more around the map and deal with the ballista's at the tower you need to upgrade them don't just leave them

Alternatively you could replace all the towers at the back with radars or mortars so they still get value and xp even at the late rounds and still do damage with their AOE

Also, the thing with Obelisks is that because they're so mana hungry it's really beneficial to spread them around more; if three or four are firing at the same time it's hard to keep up your mana supply, but if they're spread out so that only one or two are active at a time it's much, much easier.

Creeping Cough, the upgrade that slows enemies by 5% of their accumulated poison, is by far the best card in the entire game. You can pretty easily beat the game with just that and poison sprayers.

As soon as one of those Occult Shrines popped up, you should’ve gotten a University. Each round, they have a chance to give you an increase in a damage type for all your towers. Get one early, put a lot of levels into it, and you’ll start to scale your damage to the point you need to win the final rounds.

Against the spawning units put some turrets in that target "near death" so that they get taken out and the turrets don't attack the spawned units that have more health AND are faster and thus more progressed while the spawner units keep on marching and spawning ...

Your mistake is you don't build up strong defenses at the end tower you put down starting weapons and then forget to change them out as you get into stronger enemies thinking that your all good when your really not. Starting weapons on strong enemies is like trying to kill a lion with a slingshot.

You should coat the entire path with frost keeps so the towers and damage over time have more time to hurt more.

Honestly you're improving SO much! I feel a strange sense of pride. Of course there are little things that can be improved but you're getting to further and further rounds every time you play. all my recommendations are things you are already doing just pay a little more attention these. Spread around the damage a little bit more. It's great to have a killing chamber but have DOT towers around the place just to help cut down on the regen. Reinforce the back ranks a bit. Lastly, slow is an underrated stat. frost towers or cards that mention slow are usually a good bet.

Slow cooker i think does something like this.Without slow cooker the burn inflict damage per 1 second,with slow cooker if the enemy is slowed the burn inflict damage per 0,8 second,and the more its slowed the faster the burn inflict damage something like that

@Blitz: i know that mana banks bring long term and signifivant benefit but you should not ignore the benefit of mana siphon, especially when mana crystal is available for the siphon. For the money of one mana bank you can build 5 mana siphons and have money to invest on towers.

Good try and it's good that you are upgrading, but remember in later rounds a level 1 tower is useless, you need to upgrade every tower you put down to a level appropiate for the round. Your back lines especially need high level towers especially anti health ones. The back line usually will be underlevelled naturally so make sure to keep levelling it up. On top of this remember to check a towers natural strengths before upgrading. Upgrading shield damage on a tower that has naturaly low shield damage is not very worthwhile compared to upgrading its stronger stats. On top of this be more diverse with your towers, focusing all in one tower type will see you spend more and more money for a single new tower compared to buying a tower you've not used very much. Hold shift key button while you apply your towers out. its easier that way so you dont have to keep clicking on the tower icon over and over to place them out.

Nr. 1 Use the cristals the cost 100g while temples cost 500g Nr. 2 when using flame thrower put them on armor to shred and almost only lvl. Up armor dammage Nr. 3 use the mines they increas your overall hp 10% chance of healing and incress the haunted hous payout Nr. 4 put shredders in the back to shred through the line Nr. 5 get 3 lookout and set them all on seperet tipe to get massive dammage for all towers Nr. 6 get the highschool thingi it can uppgrade all your tower on the map at the same time 😉
