But you need to enter legal US business before starting a promo or they will eventually ask you for it. What do you fill if your business is registered in Australia. You cant just put some random USA business because they will send you bills on that business which you need for tax purposes.

You can use an adress from a Co-Working space like WeWork, Regus, ETC... BUT your problem will be at the payment method because even with paypal they dont allow you to pay with a different country´s payment method, as of now I havnt found any solution anywhere

My account seems to get promoted over there as a standard thing. Insta seems to be more local. You could set up your account with a VPN.

I tried an american Esim + Express VPN and took out my sim card, but it didn't work. Tiktok just kept saying no internet connection despite the internet working fine. So I hired somebody on upwork for $10 from the USA to create an account and now I can login and post using my VPN and it works great. Nobody is talking about this solution and is the safest and easiest imo.

You’ll want to abide by their terms of service for sure. Are you wanting to sell to the US or to Australia? You’ll need to different business managers and just set up one for local to AUS

Facebook is fine as is. Tiktok just restricts to your location and I needed a workaround and this is how I did it :)

Do you know if Tiktok has recently changed the requirements to need a business license/ business registration certificate? It's saying I can't open an account without either of those AND a US bank account statement. Any ideas on how to get around this? I am using a US VPN. Seems like a pure violation of terms...unless you have officially registered business both in EU and in the USA...actually you are earning on the USA market but paying local taxes from that revs...how did you figure it out?
