I am so glad I'm not the only one who does this! Been using a fan for years, then last year I went and bought myself a blow dryer with the fan setting. It's the only setting I use. No heat drying! Woo!

I have some questions please. 1- you used the hair mask and then you washed your hair or just rinsed with water? 2-what shampoo and conditioner do you recommend for very dry hair ? 3- are these products good for dry hair? Sorry I ask because I had a previous experience with a video that I watched and I purchased the products and they made my hair extremely dry even though they said on them for dry hair. 4- the Shea moisture brand is one that makes my hair very dry I tried their shampoo, conditioner and a few other products and all of them made my hair very dry. Do you recommend anything different? Sorry too many questions but my hair is about same length and thickness as yours and I am struggling to keep it manageable. Thank you for your help and for the lovely video and useful info.

Look for sulfate free products! Also read the ingredients, make sure they’re moisturizing, good & more natural. I recommend you conditioning & finger detangling with conditioner before shampooing. Then shampoo & condition again. It makes my hair super soft & detangling is a breeze. Make sure you’re not using hot water when washing either or towels. Use an old t shirt to dry

Haifa coconut or almond oil hair mask also help before washing with moisture & shine. & something i notice that effects hair is your actual water, invest in a good shower filter to avoid mineral buildup in your hair & skin
