Thanks for this vid! People should know how powerful is Castor oil, it helped my skin and hair A LOT. This with combination with microneedling, it's a big miracle. I have tried almost everything to look younger + delay aging as much as possible (Also been suffering from hairloss), anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A (7 years straight), home devices and what not. However, nothing made any real difference compared to the high-quality derma pen I purchased for around 100 bucks. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I don't look like I'm 18 again, but definitely not 44 either. My fine lines have disappeared completely, and my nasolabial folds are way less are nonexist, hair became thicker again. People often underestimate the power of wounding and the revolutionary effects it can have on the skin + thinking that using oils won't do much because it's natural.

+1 for kora. I started doing microneedIIing since it started 12 or so years ago. Nobody believe I am 55. They all say I am in my late 30's or early 40's. I assume it works so well because when we get older, our skin gets thinner therefore creating wrinkIes. But the wounding kept my skin still thick and youthful.

Love love love Castor oil! Not a Dr. here, but… I do want to mention that I’ve heard to stay away from castor oil if pregnant or trying to conceive because it can induce labor which can cause miscarriage if early in pregnancy or cause baby to come early which can cause so many issues for baby in early life. Please do consult a Dr. before trying if pregnant, TTC or breastfeeding. Castor oil is natural but is potent and should be used with caution!

I had a small brown mole on my nose that enlarged and grew dark. I was supposed to have it cut out and was told it would leave a hole.I put castor oil on it continuously for 2 weeks.I got a washcloth one day and scrubbed my nose with hot water in frustrated anger. EDITED FOR CLARITY. SEE ALL-CAPS WORDS ADDED TO THE THIRD SENTENCE. Great info as usual, Shea. Here’s another use for castor oil. I’m a Nordic blonde with thin, delicate skin. IN THE EARLY 2000s, when I was in my early 50s, my hands became covered with dozens of dark brown seborrheic keratoses - practically overnight. This was from plenty of unprotected sun exposure from 1949 to 1967. My doctor told me to cover my hands in castor oil and cotton gloves overnight and every night until I saw results. It took a couple months, but every last one of those age spots disappeared without a trace - never to return. I often use castor oil sparingly, like a lotion, on top of slightly damp skin, whenever my hands feel particularly dry or look more crepey than they have to. The castor oil treatments also seem to keep my skin from becoming too transparent and allowing my veins to completely show through. They also keep my veins from bulging out (as happens with most elderly women). While castor oil hasn’t given me back the hands of my youth, I’d say that my 74-year-old hands look like the hands of a 48-50 year old. And holding. 😊
@vickiemartin1453 Жыл бұрын
I too have large veins in my hands. I didn't think there was anything to remedy this. Awesome!!!

@melissac.5948 Жыл бұрын
@@vickiemartin1453. Vickie, I should clarify. The veins in the backs of my hands have always been small, but they started to become raised, darker, and a bit bulging this year. I hadn’t used castor oil as often as I maybe should have lately, so I upped my treatments and the veins flattened down and were less visible again. My skin appears thicker again. I’ve read often that castor oil can stimulate collagen production, and that could well be the case here. There is quite a difference. I’m sure it can help you, but these days there are medical procedures at vein treatment Centres that can help and are quick and pain free. Most hand veins typically disappear after only one sclerotherapy session and other veins take over their jobs. This hasn’t been something I’ve really needed as of yet, but I’ve heard about it and seen some great results. I had one sclerotherapy session on spider veins on my thigh some 30 years ago, and it was successful. As usual, speaking with a doctor is best. But castor oil is still so great!

Putting castor oil just on your belly button is enough to heal and benefit everything you've mentioned in the video. The belly button is the focal point to 72 thousand veins and the centre of the belly button is connected to the central nervous system too. What I'm saying is that if people don't want to mission around putting it in their hair, stretch marks etc, just putting it in the belly button is actually enough. It will distribute throughout the body and benefit in many ways. I did research on it and experimented myself a few years back and my skin improved and was a lot more moisturised, my hair grew quicker and was a lot softer and shinier, my nails became stronger, my digestion improved etc. I did sometimes apply it directly on to me in some cases like for example imperfections on feet and eyelashes only sometimes, but mainly just my belly button and I saw drastic changes just by doing that alone. I did this for a while I'm not sure why I stopped, you've inspired me to do it again 😊 thank you for your video

I dissolved/broke down/disappeared a breast lump using a castor oil heat pack (DIY). I also added frankincense oil to the castor for good measure. ;) My doctor wanted to go straight to biopsy and I asked for some time to try non-invasive techniques. Everyone was shocked. A nurse came back in my exam room afterwards to quietly ask what I had done because she had just discovered a lump as well and was scared of the biopsy route. And that was that!
@ayishasadique1620 Жыл бұрын
Could you pls let me know on how to do that DIY?
@JessicaNiles Жыл бұрын
@@ayishasadique1620 you can Google a castor oil pack for more details BUT- just keep it simple. Don't buy any expensive kit. You soak a cotton or flannel cloth in castor oil, 1-2 tablespoons or so. This is reusable. Don't throw it out! Then place the soaked cloth on the area you want to treat. On top of THAT, lay a good amount of plastic wrap (Saran Wrap or whatever) over it, and then a heating pad on top of all that. (Save your soaked cloth in a jar for the next time.) I did this for 30-45 minutes once or twice a day. Don't let the stickiness of castor oil dissuade you! It's a beast to deal with at first but it DOES penetrate and you don't end up a gloppy mess. Just make sure you have everything you need before settling down for your treatment. I like to have a slightly soapy wet washcloth nearby to wipe my hands as needed. Good luck!!

I have used prescription steroid creams intermittently for over a year with nowhere near these results and without the side effects such as skin thinning. I have also been using all over my face at night and I can honestly say my skin looks amazing! I would have never tried castor oil if I hadn’t watched this video. And I was really expecting nothing but boy was I wrong. I am a complete convert and will be recommending this to anyone who will listen. Thanks Shea!!!

You may also use high quality castor oil (not Walmart horse rub) on your mucous membranes (down there) to stop itching etc etc etc. Castor oil soaks in completely through your skin and then begins to drive effluvia and dead cells and dirt to the nearest lymph gland and then out of the body. The lymphatic system empties into the large bowel. This happens because castor oil is a cathartic (skin laxative). Put castor oil on one side of your face ( body) and then compare results.

My husband and I just bought some castor oil and it happens to be Jamaican Black Castor Oil. It's in an amber colored glass bottle, no Hexane, it's organic and cold pressed; has all the requirements. We got it because my husband had this stye on his lower eyelid and everything I had read about castor oil and it healing styles - well why not try it. It's actually working!! I had heard about castor oil for years but wasn't aware of it's healing effects for so many things. I'm trying it tonight on my sinus area that is infected. I'm excited to see what happens. Looking forward to trying castor oil. Rub into feet let soak for 5 minutes and then pat dry. Usually its cured it one foot bath. Only rarely have I had to try it twice.

I am 70 and started using castor oil about almost half a year now. I used it at first for my hair after my depression with huge hair loss. Then I started reading more about castor oil and learned it was good for tons of things. I'll give a list of the things it is doing miracles for for me: under eye bags; dry eyes; skin; age warts and age spots; constipation; arthrosis in all joints (knees!, feet, hands, wrist) I couldn't walk long for the pain in my knees, went for hyaluron injections and now I don't need these anymore! I am certainly going to try the belly button thing and just wait and see. And feel. Trust me folks, this old lady is never going to be without castor oil again! I think that it is important for anyone who is commenting about castor oil, needs to mention Edgar Cayce, who developed Castor Oil Packs. You did not, and I think you should add it to your show notes. It is very important that it is done as he said, many do other things than what he said to use. He was a medical intuitive, and it is important to do what he said, not what you or others think will help it only with castor oil. You have to put on the castor oil and then use clean organic WOOL flannel over the castor oil - it is the keratin in the wool that breaks down and heals tumors or cysts. You will not get that benefit with cotton or other fabrics. And then put a hot water bottle on it, not an electric pad. Many have made variations, yet it is important to do it as he said. Thanks for listening, I have done Edgar Cayce methods to heal many things. Look him up. peace

The difference between castor oil and black castor oil is: "“Regular” castor oil is generally pale yellow to clear in color. Jamaican Black Castor Oil is exactly the opposite. The beans are roasted to produce a dark color. The color is actually ash." "However, the main difference between the two is the way they are processed. Black castor oil is made from roasted castor seeds, while regular castor oil is made from cold-pressed castor seeds. The roasting process gives black castor oil a dark color and a stronger, more pungent odor compared to regular castor oil." Noting the difference, I would use the regular castor oil, because roasting the castor beans for the black castor oil involves heat, which for me defeats the process of "cold pressed" castor oil. This is just my preference, mind you.

It's great for regrowing hair that has fallen out for stress. Mix it with a thinner oil (I use coconut oil) 50-50 and put it on your scalp. I use one of those hair color applicator bottles to get it directly on my scalp, you can get at a beauty supply store or order online. Also, rub it around your front hairline and it thickens the hair there. Most people give up on it too soon. With hair loss from stress, it may take 6 months or more to regrow. Using castor oil has made mine grow back in 3 months, and it's still thickening up. Also, if you have seborrheic keratosis, those nasty dark raised mole-like things on your skin, mix about 2 ozs of castor oil with two drops of tea tree oil and rub it on them daily. It will eventually make them fall off. Keep treating them about once a month to keep them from growing back. You were talking about headaches mix castor oil with a drop or two of lavender oil and rub it into your temples, on your sinuses, or at the bottom of your hair line on the back of your neck, depending on where the headaches originates from. It relaxes the muscles and cures the headache.

8:00 KZbin’s Censorship is a SERIOUS problem. Infringing upon American’s free speech rights is not ok. The escalating censorship is having a profoundly negative effect on our society. It’s insidious because the effect is covert and may seem subtle but we are at a point where we often can no longer be honest for fear of retribution from “the machine”. When I look around at the state of our country, it doesn’t feel anything like the America that I grew up in.

She has large breasts and was getting yeast or eczema under her breasts that was bright red and painful. Have been putting castor oil on for 3 days and it also is starting to fade and she no longer has pain. LAST!! Autistic people are notorious for have gastrointestinal issues, often extreme "constipation"...it isn't officially that but it's best way to describe it. Trying to solve my problem (and get back on the Vegetarian Diet that I grew up on) was and is a painful and embarrassing problem. I used castor oil... and because I felt like going to extremes and lived alone at the time I would use a lot of castor oil.. and bought it by the jug and then spending the day fasting and doing "nothing" but being deep rest and meditation... I did this a few times and it was amazing... drinking water and tea... and I felt so good I was so sure I would keep this practice up intermittently for the rest of my life... disappointingly it became that thing I can always do tomorrow until I left the practice aside... and when I wanted to return to it, I no longer had the privacy or space... sometimes i think about renting a hotel room just to do this.... once I just spent a whole weekend in oily, fasting meditation and rest and monday morning I felt new...

Now keep in mind I am 70 years old and was jogging on the beach when some loose sand took more strain than what I was able to produce from this old body. The next day I was in agony and very far from a doctor's surgery. I immediately applied the caster oil compresses and bandaged with a supporting bandage. This practice was kept up for 3 months and then from there I only did it at night. Now 7 months later my knee is completely healed and caster oil gets a big applaud.

Let’s see if there is any improvement on that issue as well. Thank you very much for this video. I enjoyed it very much. ❤

I had this annoying skin tag at the outer corner of my left eye…it was not comfortable and not pleasant to look at. I applied black cold press castor every night on my eyes and today the skin tag just came off! I think it took 10 days, amazing!

I had an ankle problem so painful and difficult to walk. As soon as I got out of bed the pain started. I saw your video and thought I would try the castor oil. Within three days there was a big improvement and now a week later the swelling and pain is gone. Thank you so much

Barbara O'Neil said you could also take a 🥔 potatoe and use a cheese grater and use the grated potatoe around your ankle and wrap in place

Castor oil works on your digestive system. My source is my I wn experience. I use a cadtor oil pack on by lower abdomen. Also once a month slather over face and neck and let it soak in fir about an hour ( or longer if you can) then wash off with a gentle cleanser. People think I'm in my 40's even though I'm 64!

Castor oil pack is the best for detox. Around belly area, liver kidney, gallbladder.. Any where you have pains and lumps. Apply and repeat it till you get the results. I have been doing the packs on and off for the last 10 years. Consistency is the key. God bless 🙏💖💛

I worked with an old school doctor a few years ago and he would recommend patients to put castor oil on cold sores instead of using medication. It works!

I m from India. Happy to see everyone talking about Castor oil. We use it as a home remedy for so many things and in Aurveda, which is our traditional medicine,. It's thousands of years old like yoga. I would like to add one more thing. It can be used to deworm. When i was a kid, i used to worry when my mom's uncle visited our home. He will tell my mom to use castor oil for deworming us. Mom was supposed to do it every month, but since i didn't like the taste, i tried to skip it.

Hi Shea, I have been using Castor Oil in my belly button at night for my arthritis and joint pain and it has helped me a lot. Another this is that when you put oil in the belly button always massage in a circular motion in clockwise

I've been using a castor oil pack on my belly every other day for about 6 weeks. I have also noticed more regularity in the bathroom and eyelashes are longer. It took about 3 weeks for me to notice a difference. I plan on using it more for different issues with the new tips! Thank you!

I just started on the Castor oil pack for the liver (using it overnight) as well as the thyroid pack (use it for an hr/day, per instructions). Hoping to detox the liver and regulate the thyroid. I used the link provided (Queen of the Thrones) and bought the package. 🤞

I also use it on my liver and thyroid. I also put cayenne pepper on the thyroid pack, it helps stimulate the thyroid to work again.

I just put C O on some cotton gauze and place it over my liver and then put the C O pack over it. The same with the thyroid except I put some cayenne pepper on the gauze with the C O.

PSORIASIS: My neighbour, my son, his girlfriend, my grand daughter all have had psoriasis in one form or another. I made little empty herb jars of a castor oil and essential oils mixture for them all and, although my son wasn't a believer before... the dry skin on his face and head have completely cleared up; within about a week!! He's well impressed! Recipe: 3/4 fill a small cleaned spice/herb jar (Schwartz stylie) with your chosen Castor oil. Add 5 drops of Lavender essential oil and 5 drops of Geranium essential oil. Shake gently to mix. Massage into face, neck and scalp at any time for instant relief. It gets absorbed really quickly so shouldn't leave your skin sticky or slippery. I have a little psoriasis myself just at the base of my hairline and I dab on the same mixture for that. Its real magic!

Thank you so much! My son has psoriasis and eczema. We have tried everything & eczema creams and washes are expensive. We will try this next!
