i don't think agri industry feeds the population; its products, like any other, are needed by second tier specialized industry to make other products. These are needed to make the last one (luxury goods?). Only these ones are used by commercial buildings for a higher profit. (*some regular industrial buildings may need one of any level of resources/products to make their goods for commercial buildings to sell, you can't control wich one. Offices don't use resources to make their goods and transfer their produced goods anywhere instantly without shipping trucks, must be immaterial goods, but they are "goods" like any other once created)

this is basically reminded me it is akin to people along the indies river my sisters went to their, it has that loop of water in RL before she married she learned like close to 13 languages now she remembers less years later an married.
