Great persistence on that first girl m8. Excellent footage & a top little spot you've found there. 👍

Thanks mate, I've always wandered at what details the fish need to get the bite, and this confirms it, I have since tested for the next video 👍 thanks for watching 🤜

Great catches where were you fishing?

Mate, WOW… your videos continue to blow my mind every time, so so so good! Legendary footage. Well done for catching and filming some beautiful big fish! I tell you what though, I’d definitely be putting a few yabbies or surface lures in front of those whiting 🤤🤤
@jcsfishingshenanigans11 күн бұрын
Thanks so much Will 🤜 If you're ever heading north we should go for a fish. I have put a lure in front of them before, but I tend to find they are difficult to get a bite when they school up like that, but I haven't tried a yabby yet 🤔 thanks for watching 🤜
@willkitching11 күн бұрын
@@jcsfishingshenanigans Yes mate I’d absolutely love that!! Yeah sometimes I’ve had days where heaps of whiting will just look at the lure and follow it - or not follow it at all - but you can see heaps of them just hanging around together. Weird hey! I’m sure a live yabby would probably get the job done though, it would get eaten eventually 😅
@jcsfishingshenanigans11 күн бұрын
Yeah I've always found it has to be very specific circumstances for them to attack a lure. I'll have to test out the live yabby thing

Very interesting flathead reaction from different lures from your Drone shots. Generally what size/ weight jighead do you use on 6” plastic. Look like you do slow and pause rather than double hop and sink method .
@jcsfishingshenanigans11 күн бұрын
The jighead I use will depend on the plastic itself, for example what material it's made out of will depend on its sink rate, sometimes I just use a weedless hook and a treble and use the natural weight from the lure itself, you will need to experiment with the lures you use to get it right, but it is very crucial for big fish. Sometimes a constant wind will do the trick, all you need to indicate is a less than healthy fish 🤙 thanks for watching

Absolutely epic, a real insight into what's out there and achievable. Which region/coastline do you target?

Amazing footage, the bullshark was awesome, also I was just wandering what filters do you use and what level of ND generally?
@jcsfishingshenanigans11 күн бұрын
It blew me away when I saw that shark, because normally I would be walking around in that exact spot 😵💫 I'm not using any ND filters at the moment because I've only just got that drone, but you need to use an appropriate ND filter to keep the shutter speed double the speed of your frame rate 🤙
@alexstrachan854014 күн бұрын
Love the content mate , just a quick question do you use any polarising filters in your drones ?
@jcsfishingshenanigans11 күн бұрын
Thanks mate, I used to use ND filters on my old drone but not currently, I will get some more eventually though 👍
