I hope you get to feeling better. Ive never heard of the type of disease you have but strangely sounds similar to Sjorgens ( pronounced shorgans) disease which I have. I hadnt heard of mine until diagnosed. Except I dont have the dry eyes there extra watery. (That famous black tennis player has it). I have the same issues you do as well and know all to well how bad and painful it is. Sometimes it doesnt seem like it will ever let up. Your doing all the right things and the biggest is staying possitive. Good ole frank is a blessing for you, and you for him. Thank you for sticking with it and moving forward. Your videos are what keeps a lot of us going. ❤️. 💐 🌈

Taking meds to help with pain is not a weakness. And even with medication, individuals can still be in excruciating pain - see the comment below from a stage 4 cancer patient. It's a personal decision. Her pain brings her life to a standstill. Mine would too if I didn't get some mobility back by taking medication to help.

I'm a Zebra too. I totally understand the spiral of living in a house and how Van Dwelling opens the possibility to do the things... Even if I'm not able to participate physically I can still park near a very busy area and be present. I'm zero pharm too. As far as I know there are zero per reviews on EDS and any meds including over the counter. The Cusack Protocol is helpful. With severe cold coming all the way south to Alabama I'm not looking forward to be so stiff 😞 Thank you for sharing! Lots of love ❤️❤️❤️

I know you don’t like getting medicinal advice so I didn’t want to mention it to you and lo and behold you talked about seeing one. The dizziness you may have experienced could have been your body taking on the treatment you had just received. I know what daughter always mentions this . Good call on trusting your instincts and getting out of there, although I personally would have left sooner having felt a presence near by, but definitely good timing avoiding the police, also please be cautious if you feel weird about a spot, not that you don't know it already. Maybe it was just the sasquatch you've encountered there but the whole place gave me a weird vibe. Bless. feel better. Heat therapy also helps with pain and muscle tension.

I’ve got two muscular autoimmune diseases. They are no joke. It’s essential to rest your muscles like you demonstrated. People don’t understand. I tell them it’s an electrical problem. Exercise won’t help. The muscles aren’t getting the signal. Resting them recharges the neurons. We have to practice self care or things will get much worse. The mental part is important, too. Some days I don't know how I get out of bed, but, I do. Even though it's hard, I force myself. I too notice when I'm out of the house, in nature, my mind set is so much more positive. And when I have to be inside, my cat, Pooper, lol, he is my comfort. Pain is very hard to navigate. I've dealt with it most of my life, and it's progressive as I age. Many days I cry, but I always just keep pushing forward. I LOVE your positivity. Love the beauty your surrounded by. Love Frank! He is super sweet.
