This is live, actually. And most of their concerts were live. But it's true, he sings equally good live and on tape. I especially love the Rolling Thunder version from Argentina 1991.

It's not live, not by any chance,have you heard the Record🙄Having said that, Morten are able to sing nearly equally good live,yes especially in smaller crowds,but he needs his earplugs especially when singing live...Most artists do.(Being able to hear your own voice whilst on any stage is extreamly important as you may know:)Lock up St.Peterburg 94.Different,but def.live& let alone extreamly good indeed💯

Definitely not live,it's same as the single release,they did a bunch of these for the official video and spliced them all together,watch that and you'll see the different parts,also the drummer used on the track only ever did one performance of I've been losing you in the studio

Lip-synching was the usual thing in TV Shows around the world, back then. All the great bands did that way. And never meant lack of talent or professionalism. That all depended on TV producers a-ha NEVER went lip synch in any of the 568 live concerts they did.

@That could very well be true.This sample sounds a 100% like the recorded one,doesn't mean they are less talented!! Morten always uses earplugs whilst on stage,everyone who's been performing on a stage; small or big should know what I mean:)He does not use them in this one though,but I'm pretty sure they were/are highly capable of singing/playing as good live as on a record.

What makes people think this is not live? Looks to me like footage from a concert, not form a tv show. And if it's from a concert it's definitely live. People should keep their nonsense to themselves.

It's not live because the music is exactly the same as the record. It's impossible to reproduce exactly the same. The music of the record has been added over the image, that's all. They played live i'm sure, however for the video they added the record track for the sound.
