Hi Demi , my weight loss plan was to lose 4 stone this year and 4 stone next year , I’ve got 7 lb left to lose to hit my target by the end of December . It is hard but definitely do able in a healthy way . I’ve picked days over Christmas that I’m going to eat whatever I want , 24th 25th 26th I’m eating what I want , but 3 days doesn’t mean I have to splurge the whole month . I’d love to see more getting healthy videos xxx

Have you considered doing the 75 Hard / Soft? I did the soft and felt brilliant plus it changed my mindset to guilty pleasures etc. I could still have treats BUT by exception not every day. I created a spreadsheet and tracked my progress each day to hold myself accountable for ticking the things off. I did the local gym classes most days and was a nice community too. Good luck, would love to follow along your journey however you do it ❤

I'd recommend reading anything by Dr Rangan Chaterjee. It’s about a 365 lifestyle approach thats not just focused on food and exercise. Its also about sleep and stress levels too. Calories are not mentioned at all! Its hard to maintain a calorie restricted diet. Dr Tim Spector is also another good read. Dr Mindy Pelz is also another good read, who talks about intermittent fasting according to hormone cycles. Hope it helps.
