I think most people would agree that we would like to see your arm day routine. Basically all KZbinr / influencers focus on legs there is barely any thing on arms/upper body unless I’m looking in the wrong places so every time I go to the gym I’m always doing legs even though I’m really insecure with my arms and the fact I look like a 12yr boy, so if anyone has any tips please help a gal out ❤
