Ive been in an awful place currnetly in hospital dignosed with crohns desease and IBS, lost my job and had surgery and i am mentally stuggling and this has helped me take even a second to look at whats going on and re think thoughts im having and bad places i feel im going to, so thank you dave and kugan both top lads and this video has made a difference to someone! Brian Robinson lol read up about the lad , he’s been done for insurance fraud , he uses a fake name to build his brand. He doesn’t actually about the kids being groomed or he wouldn’t film it and live stream it as that’s grounds for a mistrial , he’s read a couple books and saw a market where he could become famous and go against the Islamic people as they’re an easy target. You tommy Robinson fans can try and spin it how you want but at the end of the day he’s using small minded racists to make him self rich .. he’s getting paid big time and going on US Tours where he’s going to be paid millions. He’s a top bloke Dave, very very honest. Which in an era in boxing of a lot of lies, it’s nice to hear. I do think he beats brown to be honest, late rounds by stoppage. Hope so anyway, he deserves it. I ve had many mental health problems myself and can relate to a lot Dave says. It’s very hard, I put a lot of weight on and my bouts of struggling last months. Having lost a couple of stone recently, exercise really does help with mental health problems. And it does make you feel good. Anyone struggling try it for 1 week, you don’t have anything to lose if your struggling anyway, just eat better and exercise for 1 week! trust me it works. Also, if you don’t want to talk to friends/family. Talk to a doctor, even just telling them how you feel is an amazing feeling and weight off your shoulders, once you talk you gain confidence to tell others. Great into Kugan, keep up the good work 👍🏻

Well done Kugan, IFL and David. The main topic of the interview is something that's close to my heart and i have immense respect for Dave Allen to talk about it so openly and in a way that shows he doesn't give AF what other people think! Also, mental health awareness has been mentioned so many times in boxing! So many boxers and KZbin boxing channels mention it. I don't think any other sport genre mentions it as much as the boxing genre. Finally, i bet a lot of people who jump on the mental health awareness bang wagon and tweet condolences and retweet posts about mental health are the same damn people who say that Dave Allen shouldn't be headlining the 02! Not saying it's everyone, obviously, i'm just saying i think a lot of people jump on band wagons to try and look "cool", or "in" or whatever the fuck the latest fad is!
