They’re probably fatty and high in calories, but if you burn that off I guess your body can take the protein in them for what it’s worth. French fries on the other hand are obscenely high in sodium, which is really bad for you in great quantities. Refraining from those is what’s probably keeping the guy alive. @@zkittlezthabanditt604 To be fair, Big Macs are not even that bad nutrition-wise. It pretty much has all the nutrients that you need if you supplement with multivitamins, I imagine. Also, for his age, eating 2 Big Macs a day would probably still make him in a calorie deficit - especially when he walks 6 miles a day and is quite active. If the laws of thermodynamics hold true, he would probably just maintain be around maintenance calories - or even be in a deficit. It really depends on what he eats apart from the Big Macs.

I worked at McDonald's for several years and they don't care about loyalty. Money is all they care about, corporate has a limit on how many napkins and sauces they're allowed to give out per order. There's no way that greedy company would ever reward loyalty.
