You should look for the movie he did with Mamie Van Doren. Martin plays Adam to her Eve. He wears a fig leaf speedo, the movie is a turkey, but cheesy fun in its own way. I believe it's here on youtube.

It was nationally syndicated, but it probably didn't air in the New York market.

Steve Allen replaced Gary Moore as host of the show when it was still on the CBS network, then was host when the show was syndicated after the CBS version was canceled in 1967.

Unfortunately the mystery and suspense of the rounds was quickly eliminated as the panel were just too smart, though I think too much of the secret was revealed at the start of each round.
