Fun fact: the goblin racial in wow “Best deals anywhere” was supposed to count you as exalted with all factions for the discount. When it first came out it instead applied the exalted discount to all vendors. Including gold sink vendors that purposely lack a faction. This meant goblins got discounts that weren’t supposed to be possible. So indeed, best deals ANYWHERE.

You can concede anytime, and the kill & discover BM is something that people have been able to do at least since Runed Orb anyway.
