I’ve got your latte right heer!

Here’s my latte prep for this Quindio, Colombian Origin, Castillo Variety coffee. More detail and pour over recipe from Fellow below.
I’m grinding on the Niche with setting of 6 since it’s a very light roasted, natural bean.
Using the Decent espresso machine with the Damian’s LRv3 profile.
Group head temp is 91c
It pre-infuses 12s at 3 bar then ramps to 9 bar. Moves on if gt 30s, 100ml, or 1.9 mL/s but holds at 5 bar till end if needed.
Temp drops to 89c during pressure decline.
19g in, 42g out in ~32s

Can we get an angle from underneath the portafilter as it pulls the shot? A Decent machine is the dream rig list, and you don’t get to see a lot of non-espresso/coffee KZbinrs using one at a consumer level.
