As sad as it is I feel its more relatable how he got bit cause in all honesty if we were in a zombie apocalypse more likely than not your not getting an epic one man army stand that ends with you getting bit at some point it'd be the walker you didn't see coming( Idk why there are certain zombies that choose to stay quiet until your close enough) and makes it more impactful as I'm sure you felt.
