Hey man, I really hope youll find hope and faith. You're not alone! The One who is looking above you wants your heart. The very same One who created you, who gave you these struggles to grow. And look at you now! losing 335LB is A LOT! God bless you, and Hes always with you. Never lose hope and faith.

Wow, bro, I'm a bit shocked to see such content from you. I've been watching you for about a year now, I think? (This is the longest comment I've ever written to someone on KZbin... I swear I'm not usually like that.) Now I know I'm just a stranger on the internet. Anyway, during the year I've watched you, you've always reminded me of myself in terms of facial features and hair. I've even sent your weight loss reels to people, and they said we look crazy alike, lol. In any case-and I will emphasize this more-I sympathize with you. The events you are experiencing are almost a copy of what I am experiencing. From the weight loss journey, I went from 78 kilos to 135 kilos, and now I'm 108 kilos. Of course, all this was together with weight loss and a significant increase in muscle mass. My father died on December 17, and at the same time, my mother was diagnosed with sarcoidosis and osteoporosis in advanced stages. Due to the situation, I decided to work from home. I work for an insurance company and integrate AI into its systems. I quit my job and started working from home on January 10th, when you quit. Plus, I met a girl; that didn't work out for us on September 17th. My story is a little different than yours. But at the same time, I pushed myself. I enrolled in school, and I am studying programming in addition to working 50 hours a week and being the only caregiver for my mother. I myself was a KZbinr with millions of views in Israel In the time before the shorts around 2014, and now I create more private content with a close but limited audience on Instagram. (youtube name: rahmus) Anyway, I wrote a little too much, but I'll say it like this: You said you know your mind is intuitively programmed for negativity, and mine was too. Now I know you are the only person in the world who knows yourself, and it might be hard for you to get advice from someone on the internet, but I will try. Believe it or not, there are two ways that have worked for me to change my thinking patterns and become happier. Regardless of training, healthy eating, etc. (which also helps a lot): Daily 20-minute meditations, but a different kind of meditation than you know. Instead of letting your thoughts float and not addressing them or be the observer, you think of an image, whatever you want, and try to keep the image in your mind throughout the meditation. For example, a green candle burning in a dark room. After you try, you'll realize that at first, you can't hold a continuous image in your head for more than 40 seconds (and that's the case if you're gifted). After many trainings, you will be more successful. Now why all this? Like a gym, when you work out or when you started at least I guess you remember how hard it was to Go physical and have fun with friends while hanging out, just because you're obsessed. While you're obese literally everything is less fun, every experience that life has to offer is less entertaining. In this kind of meditation you develop a brain muscle, let's call it that, the more you practice it, the more you control the flow of your thoughts AND MOOD! So much you have practiced keeping an image in your head or a thought in your head for a long time, which almost completely eliminates the emotional swing that you mentioned earlier in the conversation with your mother who did not answer you for a few minutes, and you felt how in 2 seconds your mood changed in an instant. No judgment, but also throughout the video, your mood goes up and down drastically, there are moments you almost cried and moments for example; at 18:54 you cheered yourself in 2 seconds, just like you made yourself sad in when your mom didn't picked up the phone. And here comes the second thing I tried, but I won't elaborate on it because I literally wrote too much: A microdose of mushrooms; it was a game-changer, the only and fastest way to change behavior and thinking patterns, there is nothing that comes close to it. I would not recommend you take it, but it is worth investigating. And this is my advice, from someone who is going through something similar to yours. I also take success just like you do, and I think you lead me in some aspects of life as well, so I gave you advice for improving your mental state. You are on your feet, King, believe in yourself.
