glad about the stem reduction, could go 100 in fact. you wont regret it, think you been kinda obsessed with a long stem look. it takes a very strong physiology and flexibility to hold up weight when so stretched out. you not a pro, play to your strengths

Hey Man, if your questioning a pinched nerve i would probably ask your GP to try and get and MRI instead, They are better at looking tissues. CT will only show bones. All the best for your recovery
