Could you put that shelf back in above the sage coffee machine just high enough to fit loads of jars from that drawer below? You’d fit loads of them and easy to see! Like jams, honey, spreads etc? And would kind of make sense in the coffee station?

Great kitchen space! Love it! Congratulations on another cookbook. I would love to see Mediterranean dishes. For the drawer with jars, I would think you would want them on a shelf at eye level to see. But if you want them down In the drawer, you can keep like things together and put a label on top with what is in the jar. There are round labels you can buy. You can either write out the label or have it on the computer and print out.

Beautiful kitchen Donal. When it comes to organizing my tiny kitchen, I keep the same things together i.e., tomatoes, soups, sauces, oils, vinegars etc. I use a tall 5-drawer dresser as a "pantry" for dry goods (pasta, rice, grains and beans), small appliances, mixing bowls, etc. I also have a narrow broom closet with an overhead cabinet that requires a step ladder to access. I keep an inventory list inside the door that reminds me what's in there, and updated each time I subtract or add items. Spices occupy a large cupboard and sit on rotating carousels. Labeling is key and masking tape is your friend. I agree with the gas stove and feel lucky to have a small 4-burner. New sub here 🙋

For the jar drawer either organize by category, tomatoes in this corner baking in that corner etc.. or label the lids. I would love to see some more dairy and egg free recipes. It's been difficult for my other half to adjust.

I swear by my Dymo labeler, just put a label on the lid, and stack them in the drawer in alphabetical order.

This is my dream kitchen! All of the storage space. I have things shoved into cabinets and drawers. This means I have to empy half a cabinet to find what I need. As for the bottom drawer under the coffee machine. Get some file folder labels and write on them what is in the container. Then put the label on top of the container.

The kitchen is very nice. My gadgets are my nutra bullet, kitchen aid mixer, crock pot and coffee maker. I have been longing for a gas range for so long. I grew up cooking with gas. I haven't used gas to cook in 30 years. Enjoy the new house! It is gorgeous. ❤

Please make more videos of you and Noah cooking! Seeing how you include him is so helpful, relatable and heartwarming. I am trying to get my 1 1/2 year old interested in cooking, and showing him videos of your little helper in action before trying to make food ourselves seems like the way to go. Gorgeous kitchen!!! I have very limited space so what I do to easily identify jars and so forth is to just use small round 'yard sale' stickers and label them. Makes my life much easier! Enjoy your new space :)

Masking tape on top of jars and write down contents. Different colors of tape and permanent marker pens. This one would be difficult for me as I would prefer to have the jars on shelves. However, you might find it more convenient having them in the drawers. You will have to tell us a few months down the road. Cheers.

So pleased to see that you don't have a press full of gadgets, maybe your blender, processor would be more useful at a lower level, similar to the toaster, coffee machine. Love it anyway.

Re arranging drawer with jars so that you can see what they contain I can only only think maybe a long partition from side to side (maybe several) and jars, cans etc lying sideways along it. The other idea I have is to either label or, if possible, use a marker pen on top of jar etc to quickly describe contents. Would love to know what you go with in the end because, like you, I also like everything easily accessible and neatly stored and contents clearly marked or visible. Hope it helps in someway🤔. Will be checking out your channel for more healthy, low fat, low sugar and good nutritional everyday ingredients. Super kitchen.

Love your enthusiasm. I'd love to see how you would put a spin on a no bake cheesecake. I've got a recipe that uses a biscuit and melted butter base and then the cheesecake is 1 tub cream cheese that has a little sugar creamed into it. Then mix in one small carton of fruit yoghurt ( any fruit).Then take a small carton of double cream, whip until stiff and then fold into the cream cheese and yoghurt mix. Add the cheesecake mix to the biscuit base and leave in the fridge (preferable overnight). Top with fruit. Just trying to think how to spin this in a different way.

Very crisp and clean with the white but I must admit I do like that kitchen where you made the chicken dumpling stew. More character and I’m more partial to darker colour kitchens but I’m sure the food will be just as good no matter what kitchen you cook in 😊

That is a lot of moving & potentially feeling of unrest, hope you & your family are all comfy and cozy until you're ready for the next move; your place looks inviting. Recipes, recipes hhmmm, vegetarian where the vegetables are the star not a side for rice or pasta etc, fish (Mackerel, Halibut, Cod, Salmon), always on the hunt for Mediterranean flavors as there is so many countries to chose from giving so much variety, ok I'm getting hungry now ;-) Hands down I'm in ♥with your Chicken Stew for the Soul and thrilled it's getting colder as it's a staple in my house!
