Hey Sarah, love these vlogs and your little fam! I was just wondering if you’d consider editing your videos without the jumping zoom in and out thing (I don’t know what the technical term is!)? I’m not sure if anyone else has noticed it but it makes me very motion sick 😷 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I love how confident you are with what God gave you. Nowadays it's so rare. All these influencers changing their body parts that sometimes I can't even recognize them anymore. Highly recommend listening to the diary of a CEO podcast ep with breathing expert James Nestor that also goes into child sickness and the link between incorrect breathing, the amount of carbon dioxide breathed in within small spaces including when you sleep and the effect that has on health, and soooo much more it's a super mind-blowing pod! as a health nerd it may be a great insight, or at the very least it may just be an interesting listen :)

@@HolisticallyHealthy-dk1kc It's not been easy, but I've been able to work part time and as much as I know it's just necessary to calm/regulate the nervous system as the issue should lie there. I also have a lot of tension around my neck and shoulders, so it makes it slightly worse too.

I tried to grow my hair to my waist and could never get it past my shoulder blades. Finally got hair down to my bum and the main changes that helped was no longer getting my hair colored or layered. In fact just trim it myself at home. And I get my hubby to take a pic of it at the back to make sure it's straight once I've cut it. I wash my hair with soap not shampoo as I get more hair loss using shampoo

From someone with vestibular issues, that is not vertigo. With vertigo you can’t be doing things, you just can’t stand, it’s like dying literally, the most scariest symptom ever. Hope you are feeling better❤

YES, you are absolutely right. I'm watching her and I'm like no, you're just a little dizzy. True vertigo is one of the scariest things I've ever experienced. It's like sheer panic on steroids. You can't stand, you can't walk, you can't function AT ALL. It's the most horrible thing ever. It's like being on a very fast merry-go-round and you can't get off. Could you do laundry and clean the fridge if you were on a merry-go-round going 50 miles an hour? No

I have a condition that causes me to have regular bouts of vertigo and something that really helps me is a equilibrium treatment with bioresonance therapy - it's something that is often used when people come off a boat and can't find their land legs, it balances the fluid in the two sides of the brain, which can cause the vertigo when unbalanced

Man it really is those preschool/daycare germs. I had my son in for 1.5 years and it literally never got better it was a nightmare to the point where I was constantly missing work bc he would get me sick. And he ended up needing surgery for ear tubes. If ended up not being worth it we had to pull my toddler out and he hasn’t been sick in a year. Occasionally I’ll get a babysitter in our home with cameras everywhere I can live view. That has worked great. Hopefully it’s worth it to you. Much love!!🎉

I've got 2 boys, just turned 10 and 12. Sooo apologies for the long ass comment but its all been a domino effect. we got the normal flu last year just before easter, Easter Sunday we got covid. Thought that was the worst thing. Then we had gastro. Multiple times. Fast forward 9 months, we were still fatigued and had a lasting cough from covid. Well we got influenza a at the beginning of this year. Wow wow wow. That knocked us for 6. Well. Fast forward another 6 months and we end up getting RSV. Honestly. Worse than covid and influenza A. I believe for my family, since lockdowns and sending our kids back to school, it's almost like when our kids were in kinder/daycare ( sick all the time ) so we've just picked up everrrything because our kids had built up that immune system in kinder, got to school age and then got locked down so we're back at square one again. I really really hope you don't go through what we have because the last 18 months + has been tortureeeeeee. Good luck girl !
@JaidonM Жыл бұрын
I’m so sorry that you had to go through all of that. Unfortunately, lockdowns are not to blame, but the ongoing Covid infections have wreaked havoc on everyone’s immune systems, and led to worse infections from other viruses. Many studies indicate even one mild case of Covid affects the immune system and it’s not a few months in lockdown that takes away immunity.
