That electric pedal car was made in the early 1950s in New London Ct, that was dirt cheap. They made a Caterpillar dozer also that used the same sheet metal but had added features like a blade and tracks. They are very valuable! That 72 Chevy pickup was sweet, and the 2 big grain dump trucks went cheap for the condition.

Why does there seem to be such a widespread rash of 70's and even 80's cars with red interiors??? I certainly don't remember seeing this many of them back in the day. In case you were wondering, I can't stand a red interior. I simply cannot imagine why that 77 C60 went for only $3600. I'm not going to say that I guaranteed would have had the winning bid, but I certainly wouldn't have let it go that inexpensively. If I wouldn't have been driving it back home, someone else would have had to dig a lot deeper into their wallet. As for your closing comments, I applaud your decision, and the reasons behind it. At 39 years of age, you have put yourself in a place that I, at 59 years of age, am not able to reach. My Father is 82 years old, and still kicking, although not as hard as he used to, and regretfully, I never had any children, but I surely would love to be able to one day, amass the collection of vehicles that you have. I'm looking forward to seeing what new direction your channel takes.

You should have bought this tiny trailer that sold for 10$ at least. Or the small aluminium boat. This is something you can use or share with your family. I am 64 and I must really slow down on my cars and collection. But I still cannot let go of my stuff. It is hard to do that. Only if someone offers what my cars are really worth, I might consider it though. But face the facts, most guys who like classic vehicles are lowballers, tire kickers, big mouthed jerks or people without any money.
