Hey just wanted to say I found your channel randomly and starters watching and it inspired me to redownload btd6 and buy the computer version for the first time! It also inspired me to finally try to beat a map completely and I’m proud to say I finally have my first black border! Usually I do an amalgamation of strata shown in whichever video I’m watching at the time and the alchemist tower is really growing on me!

Sky shredder or Tack Zone 2mpc is very easy :D

You can do it with a tack zone, 300 sub for round 24, alch for 28/30, rush MIB, 420 alch then TZ, added 400 village, Overclock, moab glue and Sabo's on cubism. Tack placement is the bottom tiny little area right at the first bend in the center part of the map (this worked before the tack nerf not sure if it still does)

It’s actually a really easy challenge. There’s so many ways to do it now. I can’t remember how I did it but I found the 2tc challenge harder than 2 mil.

Hello, very highly qualified 2MPC player here. Not bad for your first 2MPC run! Only things I would change would be not pbrewing the chinook after you chinook the alchemist, as the alch buff more than triples its popping power, and the 2nd overclock spot could have been better with forward planning. Since this was your first run, both of these mistakes are completely understandable. A couple of other tips I have are: - The exact number to be under is 42543 pops on your other towers. The popcount on the endscreen was inflated since it included extra pops from regrow bloons. It takes a lot of practice to get to know this limit, knowing exactly how careful or lenient you need to be when it comes to pops stolen. For this run, you probably could have been more lenient, but being extra careful is never a bad thing. - Geraldo comes out to be the best hero for this challenge. His items are extremely versatile in many ways, for buffing your main tower, getting those few necessary pops and not much more, and the chili is beyond insane for low tier towers. - Absolute Zero (150 ice) is very nice as it provides a temporary halt and permanent 30% slow to all moabs onscreen for a very few amount of pops stolen; it's probably the best slowing option in the game other than quad sabo. Hopefully this helps!

Related to your story: I wanted to be famous as a kid but not rich. Both my parents are science nerds like me, so I always associated fame with scientific discovery and achievement, not so much with celebrities from the entertainment world. As for money, life was comfortable growing up so I didn't really think about it. Now that I'm older and have my degrees and everything, I still don't want to be rich and my view of fame has changed. As far as money goes, I care more about my research fund than my personal bank account, so long as I'm comfortable. Fame I don't care about as much as leaving a legacy, being able to look back at the end of my life and say "hey, I helped". If people know my name because of something sciencey that's cool. But I'll be happy as long as I know I left the world a better place, even if marginal

Here are few tips: 3-0-0 Sub for cheap decamo use multiple discount villages for the glue gunners u have 44k pops to spare, you should save some for a first strike on round 100. Thats the hardest round for this challenge. 0-2-3 Glue is correct You can use striker jones as a hero, his level 3 ability is very strong and barely steals any pops as long as you place striker far away from track

keep in mind, the pop count will change when dealing with regrows, you can technically cheese this challenge with a regrow farm, but otherwise, you want at least less than 12,000 on your other tower's to guarantee you can complete the challenge.

There's actually an achievement for 2 million pops on one tower in chimps. I've done it with Apache Prime and Alchemist.

I have heard of the challenge before and done it a couple of times. I'll admit that it isn't a challenge I particularly care to do more than a couple of times, because ultimately it's a challenge that can be 'solved'; IE there's a very limited number of correct approaches, and once you figure them out, there's not much else to do. However, it's a very good showcase of just how impactful buffs are in BTD6; buffs can quadruple the power of certain towers, or even more than that. It's definitely enjoyable enough to watch others doing it, and hopefully you enjoy it as well.

I'd love to also see you do challenges from the challenge editor. Some of those are obscenely difficult and I think they're right up your alley. Now that I know you don't watch other btd6 youtubers much, do you at least watch people attempting the same types of challenges that you've done? It might help you in adjusting your strategy to actually get the highest round of chimps possible (not that I've seen anyone else try freeplay chimps).

That first glue gunner was a great idea (and not at all goofy) because it grouped the bloons together for easier popping and will also slow down those pesky DTTs lategame

Geraldo is the best hero for this. Glue, camo support, chilli (gives pops to the tower it is on, not Geraldo). 3-0-0 sub is very useful to get through early game, I.e buy the sub and then submerge it to not get too many pops. Otherwise, general strategy was pretty solid

alch takes less pops than you might expect, so you can still pull off this vhallenge very easily eben if an alchemist can hit bloons in some places, espcially if you place it after r80

A fun way of doing 2mp is with geraldo, funny enough! Set him in a corner to minimize pops. His fire buff adds damage done *by the buffed tower, not geraldo* which makes it HIGHLY possible in many ways!

I think for the most part it's just to keep my options open. Plus I think there's something inside me from back in the day where I'd want to only upgrading something really quickly then get it out of the way of the screen. So it's sometimes just easier to wait? :)

The total number of pops allowed by other towers isn't an exact number because regrow bloons are a thing and they do not count towards the 2MP (the achievement at least). But the rule of thumb is if your other towers have less than 40k pops total, you did get 2MP.

This is a great way to get some extra content, but it is hard for some combinations and on shorter maps. It almost always still requires some other towers to ease some early-game pressure and some others to buff your main tower.

Surprised you never heard of it. You have 40k total pops from other towers. So sometimes you can grab a spike storm which is about 10k pops (could be a little more or less) to help out with the BAD).

You mean perishing pots? If so, no. It only increases the duration of the amd, berserker brew and stronger stim. The only reasonable crosspath is faster throwing if you need to buff a lot of towers quickly. If you mean if stronger stim stacks with permabrew: Nope

1. Yes I've heard of 2MP as Its an achievement in the game. Also I've seen various reddit threads with impressive 2MP runs (like Sky shredder on Quad) 2. And for it to count in game for the Achievement it has to be by round 100, you can go deep like like to round 150 and get it. I've tried that before. I went to 110 and it didn't count (only had like 1.1 Million by round 100 on one tower). 3. If you do 2MP on a different map it counts as a different occurrence. Thus if you were to do PLord 2MP on Logs its a different occurrence. I've done 4 different 2MP 4. An even more impressive and crazy cousin of this is the "All Pops Challenge" which is one tower gets all the pops on CHIMPS. ISAB introduced me to when I was watching his older videos. I've done one APC. Thus you can't use Overclocks or Alch's except in very special spots as MOABs will get pops from them.

New series idea: You play on the first map with the first hero and the first tier 5 and then go on with it following these rules: (hope you see this @SJB 1. Your tier 5 have to be your first tier 5 in the game 2. If the tier 5 isn't affordable on chimps you can get the tier 3 / 4 3. Money making tier 5s and heros count 4. You have to place your hero and get your tier 5 5. Don't play on super hard maps 6. Have fun :)
